Hi Wales,
I know this can happen due to my error, but I received the wrong item. It took over 10 days to arrive. There was no return procedure in the package. I am away from the office now, and I will have to ask my office manager to process the return. I'm not wildly satisfied. i hope we can correct the order and be done with this soon.

Rating + 1 Wales is horrible

I will never use these guys or recommend them to anyone after reading the reviews and my recent purchase they are horrible NEW EGG should drop them! I ordered a battery 2/26/14 no battery yet and no info back when trying to contact them. We have a tracking # but USPS UPS and FED EX all do not recognize it who did they ship it by? rowboat and slow donkey?

Rating + 1 DO NOT BUY FROM WALES

Would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed my original order on 2/11/14 and paid extra for 3-5 days shipping. First, the order wasn't even shipped until 2/17, the tracking number I was given was useless, no carrier recognized it. After ten days I contacted the company, and waited another 3 days for a response, they couldn't find my order either. They then told me they could reship it or offer me a refund, I requested a refund at this point. It is now two weeks later and still no refund, guess this teaches me not to buy aftermarket parts....

It took 2 weeks to arrive to the U.S. I didn't receive a tracking number until I contacted them. The product was good, but there I didn't get very much info about the logistics of my purchase.

I think it is great - just starting to worry if it will take a charge since the 'puter turns on, but no screen (yet)...

How long should a full charge take?

RMA Policy
    Please contact us before you return the products for detail return address and instruction.
    All products are covered with 30-day refund guarantee. After 30 days products are not qualified for refund. Most products have 1 year replacement warranty from the purchase date if the returned battery is in resalable condition.
    Shipping cost will not be refunded. And customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee for most returns.
    Misfunctional products due to misuse and damage are not covered by the warranty and 30 day refund guarantee.

    In addition, all laptop battery returns must include:
    -Laptop Battery 1 sticker on product with serial number
    -All original boxes and packing materials provided by manufacturer
    -Contain the original UPC codes if available
    -All manuals
    -All accessories
    -All manufacturer documentation

    If any return shipment does not contain all of these items or if the item is damaged, your exchange or return request may be denied.

    Defective item:
    All defective laptop batteries can be returned within 30 days of ship date for an exchange or refund. For exchanges, your warranty period will start on the ship date of the exchange battery. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. WALES will cover the cost to ship the exchange product via Standard Shipping. Any requests for expedited shipping will be paid for by the customer. For refund requests, a refund for the full purchase price of the item will be issued if the product is returned in all original packaging. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that came with free shipping, a $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit.

    Non-defective item:
    All non-defective products can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% processing fee. This amount will be deducted from your credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Damaged item:
    If your product arrives damaged, save everything that arrived and contact the WALES customer service department immediately to begin the process of an exchange.

    Please contact with us before return and ship back the product in original package, including the box, instruction, shipping slip, etc. Please write the reason for the return on the shipping slip.

    Upon receiving the return we will process the refund or ship the replacement quickly. We strive to provide high quality customer service.

    Drop your package with the USPS (United States Postal Service). (We recommend USPS Flat Rate Priority which includes a tracking number). Laptop Battery 1 is not responsible for returned product without tracking information. Be sure your name, address and zip code are included on the return.

    Please allow 5 to 7 business days for return transit time, plus an additional 2-3 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and refund to be issued.
