Standard Return Policy
In the event where merchandise is not in its original condition or is missing packaging, manuals, accessories or other components, a partial refund will be given. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
*Eligible items include all items sold by World Wide Stereo with the exception of:
· Televisions larger than 32" in size
· Furniture, and other oversized product shipped via a Motor Freight Carrier
· Special order items or clearance merchandise
· Car audio equipment that has been installed or where wires have been cut
· Tablet, Notebook, Computer or Cellular Devices
· Opened Games, Software or Media of any kind (CD, DVD, VHS, Flash Drives, etc.)
TV Policy: WWStereo does not accept returns on TVs. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer. If your TV incurs any damage in shipment, damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt by calling 866.961.7781.
What if I want to exchange my product?:
When calling us, please indicate that you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and handling costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and handling costs, and the cost of the new item(s). Please note certain items are not eligible for exchange (please see above for more information).
What if my product is defective?:
When calling us, please indicate that your product is defective. During our 60 day return guidelines, any Eligible* products that are deemed to be defective may be exchanged free of charge for a new, working unit. Certain products will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired.
*Please see above for items that are not Eligible for return or exchange.
Refusing Packages: In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
