Watch was advertised as a Men's watch and the watch delivered was a Women's Watch (compared it to manufacturer's specifications). Watch was in great condition, gave it away to a friend, didn't want to deal with return process. After reading other reviews seems as though this is somewhat common to not receive the proper order.

Watchgrabber is a great seller! Watch came next day (even though I paid for ground shipping) and it was exactly what I had expected. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

You're dealing with watchgrabber.com...newegg.com doesn't handle the CS aspect of these transactions. When you request help, they apologetically defer you to Watchgrabber.com CS, which is a step or two below newegg.com. 800# goes to VM everytime business hours or not. Email responses are slow and uninformative, seemingly from an overwhelmed/overworked CSR. Ordered a watch from them. It was genuine and authentic, with fast delivery. However, tracking info was never updated after they sent it to me, so I had no idea where it was at any point. It was left my doorstep which is questionable to me considering it was almost $800. Communication is frustrating and slow, not up to par with Newegg.com. Overall, great watch, fast shipping...Customer Service???Ehhhh not so much. I'd say, I guess you have to give up something to get a great price, but then I think--no wait, newegg.com does both things so well, and time after time, so no excuses...and really that's why you get 3 stars from me

Your order shipped within 12 hours of being submitted to us and the tracking number was entered into the system a few hours later. This mean your tracking info was available less than 24 hours after the order was placed. We gave you a free 2nd day air upgrade at our expense and UPS left the package at your door at their discretion. We have 10 phone lines that accept phone calls during business hours. You sent us 2 emails – both were answered within 24 hours (one was sent to us over the weekend). This does not sound like 3 star service.

I purchased a watch for my boyfriend on November 2nd as a last minute gift idea. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Sandy the delivery missed the date I needed it, although only by one day. My knock of one egg is NOT due to the delayed shipping, but is due to no email notification from Watchgrabber stating that that they were shipping from that region and orders were being delayed. That IS a risk of buying from the internet, in that you never know where items are coming from.
I also wish that Watchgrabber had a 30-day price match policy, as it was soon after my order that the price on this watch dropped 10%. I can wish, but not many retailers do this anyway, so no egg knock for that. Lastly to the watch itself... It was received in MINT CONDITION. I read other reviews and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but the watch arrived just as if I had picked it out myself at the jewelers... absolutely flawless! Great job on this guys. I'll keep you in mind for next time as well.

Purchased a watch for my wife for Xmas and the box it came in had a label for a mens watch on it. The watch seemed to be OK but the repackaging didn't sit too well with me. Would not buy again from this vendor. This is not neweggs fault

I purchased a SEIKO chronograph watch for a gift for my brother. I only took a quick look when it arrived and packaged it. When I saw him the other day I asked him for the watch he said it didn't work. I said what? surprised, and he showed it to me still in the box. The hands do not advance, we also tried changing the date , the KRONE only spinned and it didn't do anything. The only thing that worked was the second hand on the stop watch. As I took a closer look at the watch I noticed it was a little different then the same one I saw at Macys. A closer inspection on the stainless steal back of the watch and a call to SEIKO confirmed this was in fact a fake. Please BEWARE, the real thing is only a few more buck, for SEIKO anyways. I will not be purchasing from Newegg or watchgrabber.com its not worth it! Just pay a little extra and you wont be embarassed like me!

All of our watches are genuine, brand new, come with the original documents, the original manufacturer's box, the warranty card, and of course the manufacturer's serial number on the back of the watch (if supplied by the company). This watch was ordered directly from Seiko, as was double checked, and not from a Seiko dealer or from a reseller. It is highly unlikely that Seiko would be able to ascertain over the phone that the watch was a fake. As always, you can send the watch back to us for a full refund if you are not satisfied, however the watch is most definitely genuine.

I received my RMA number from Newegg and sent back the watch I purchased to a company called WatchGrabber, with information concerning the exchange. When i was informed they had received the watch, I decided to ask for refund instead of the exchange. I made arrangements for the refund and was assured it would post in a few short days. Then out of nowhere I received information from Newegg that a watch is being shipped to me. It is apparent the people at WatchGrabber are not in contact with Newegg. It appears the letter I sent with the return is what was followed rather than my phone conversation with a Watch Grabber representative.
I needed the money to be refunded and now I will be waiting weeks for the refund. This is not acceptable, and a sorry way to conduct business.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a full refund. We do not refund the additional cost of expedited shipping. For example, if you ordered a $200 watch and took expedited shipping for $19.95, your refund will be $200.00.
Return Policy
All returns made to Watch Grabber must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued.
When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.
All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible.
