I'd love to review this item, but as of today it has been 22 days since I ordered it and it has not been delivered. Took 10 days to leave China, and the remaining delay appears to be USPS. Gosh, maybe free shipping isn't the way to go here.

Wanting My Order

I would have given them 'til the end of December, 'cause I understand they're in China and all the work that goes into international shipping, but I've had a Newegg e-mail in my inbox since November 25th with an estimated shipping time of 15 days. On December 1st the status was updated to "Processed through sort facility." The same week it was changed to "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment." It is now December 16th and the shipping status remains the same. I'm not sure how long it takes to "prepare" a shipment, even for international distance, but I can't imagine it takes half a month. Pretty certain I'll never make a purchase from this vendor ever again, and I may not purchase from Newegg at all, anymore. I'll be sure to update if my shipment ever leaves China, and DEFINITELY if it ever manages to make it to my doorstep. I would advise Newegg to more thoroughly vet their 3rd-party sellers before allowing them to do business through their site. It's your reputation on the line.

I ordered this on 11/25/2014. It's now 12/16/2014 and I still have not received the USB flash drive. I contacted the seller last week to see where it was and they said it had been shipped and that it was on it's way and to just be patient. I'm pretty sure I waited long enough. I've spent a lot of money with Newegg but if they insist on using these outside vendors then they need to be accountable when the vendor doesn't provide the customer service that Newegg expects. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

This item was ordered on 11/23/2014. Today is 12/16/2014 and it has NOT arrived yet. And I am not the only customer having this problem. There are many others. So...what do you call it when they take your money and don't make an attempt to deliver? FRAUD! next.

The memory that I ordered never arrived. It has been one month since the email arrived saying the memory was shipped. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund.
