Rating + 1 Useless seller. Trust the tons of other 1 star reviews

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. A few days after order got email it had been "shipped". Tracking hasn't shown any movement since then and I've received no responses to emails sent. My guess is the only reason it is shown as "shipped" is because they are a USPS shipping partner, but it hasn't actually left their location.

I can't go any lower than poor, but I would have for the rating of this company. To lose my order in CA is atrocious. Newegg should consider whether to retain them as a customer/advertiser.

It doesn't do ANYTHING! It does NO function it was designed to do. Completely worthless! NewEgg and WeGotBetterDeals both refuse to refund the item.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this terrible 3rd party merchant WeGotBetterDeals.

They provide only customer abuse, will NOT take back a defective unit and provide only HORRIBLE customer service. NewEgg is partly to blame as NewEgg took my money, but NewEgg will NOT provide any service saying thats all on this terrible 3rd party merchant WeGotBetterDeals.

You were clearly warned.

Rating + 1 Sent broken product and have not responded to RMA request after 6 days.

Their product is obviously inferior quality as 2 of 6 of the flashlights were DOA. I requested replacement parts or an RMA and they have not responded to my request after 6 days.

    Return Policy
    You may return merchandise purchased from Wegotbetterdeals for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RA). A RA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.
    Removal or alteration of a product's upc number, serial number or upc/serial number sticker will automatically void your Wegotbetterdeals Return Policy. Products that are returned to Wegotbetterdeals with a missing, damaged or altered serial numbers or without all original packaging will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
    Defective Item
    An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund.
    Non-Defective Items
    ALL non defective items other then those mentioned in "Excluded Items" below may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.
    Damaged Items
    All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 1 business day after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
    If you purchased a product from Wegotbetterdeals that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
