i ordered my microphone about two weeks ago it took one week to shipped and its another week i still dont have it..

very bad shipping i wish i could check the seller before i bought it.

Really bad customer service. I bought this item for my daughter for Xmas. It did not work with my laptop. When I emailed them, they took over 2 weeks to get back to me. One of my worst experiences. Buyers beware.

Rating + 1 Be very sure you want what you get from this place.

To be fair - very fast shipping. Bought a pair of headphones - VERY poor quality. After a 30% restocking fee & a 10% processing fee & shipping it would cost more to return them than trash them. (I like Goodwill too much to donate them.)

Ordered on 9/30 and delivered on 10/16. It took more than two weeks to get the item. Item looks fine.

Rating + 1 Shipping too Forever!!

Ordered a small external battery on 9/29 and did not receive it till 10/17. I am not sure what took so long for me to get it even if you calculated in 7 days for business to ship it out then another 7 days for it to go from cali to florida.

items have not even been shipped 2 weeks after the order was placed. Inquiry with the store yielded reply that would look into this and 5 days later another inquire with a reply showing tracking number. Be aware!

RMA Policy
    <li> We accept returns for any product purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund or replacement. </li>

    <li>If a refund is requested, 10% processing fee will be charged. And if the item is opened another 30% restocking fee will be applied. </li>

    <li> Shipping charges are non-refundable. </li>

    <li> If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the shipping for the Customer. And if the item is returned , shipping charges will be will be deducted from the total amount. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
