Standard Return Policy
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement or refund. A FedEx pre-paid shipping label will be provided so you can ship the item back free of charge. Once we receive the item back we will ship out the new item or issue a full refund back to you, whichever option you prefer. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
Returning Items for any other reason
If you are returning an item for any other reason please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for the return. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will receive a full refund for the cost of the product once received back. If you paid for international shipping or expedited domestic shipping you will only receive a refund for the item price and not shipping. Wheel and Sprocket reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
Order Changes and Cancellations
A request to cancel or change an order must be done by phone to ensure it can be changed in time. Requests made by email are not always received in time and there is no guarantee the order will be updated before it ships. Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already shipped please see our above policies to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a return.

2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
