Rating + 5 Great Headphones

I had no idea how much I was missing out until I purchased these headphones. The sound quality is incredible, the fit is comfortable, and the volume and playback controls are conveniently placed. If you are on the wall about paying 200 dollars for headphones, do it. You get what you pay for.

Only reason i didn't give them 5 stars is because this is a Christmas gift and the intended party hasn't played with it yet. I''' return with updates. BUT they did what they agreed to do got it to me quickly so far i'm happy.

This is the second time that I order a product sold by
WWS and just like the first time, the item arrived earlier that the estimated delivery date and in perfect condition. I will definitely buy from them again, can't beat their price on the items I purchased.

Rating + 1 Sloooow Shipping

Shipped from Sterling Va. to which I can drive in about 7 hours from my home but they were able to take the entire 5 days for it to arrive. Some kind of UPS and USPS delivery. Don't order any thing from here unless you're willing to pay through the nose for quicker shipping. Dumbest shipping ever. From now on I will not buy from anyone except newegg.
Will never buy anything from World Wide Stereo again.

World Wide Stereo has been everything one could ask for - free shipping received the next day, and when there was a damaged item they quickly responded with an RMA and a new one was back in a couple of days.

Rating + 5 Very Helpfull!!!

I bought a Harmon Kardon reciever from them, I had a little trouble with the remote and contacted HK for a replacement. Days later HK wanted to charge me $30 for a new remote, I explained that It was brand new and Days later they said that they would send me a new remote with a copy of my invoice BUT... In the meantime I contacted the seller who simply explained to me that I was not using the remote correctly and solved my problem INSTANTLY! This is a VERY helpful company unlike HK (never going to buy HK again!)

    TV Policy: WWStereo does not accept returns on TVs. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer. If your TV incurs any damage in shipment, damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt by calling 866.961.7781.

    What if I want to exchange my product?:
    When calling us, please indicate that you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and handling costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and handling costs, and the cost of the new item(s). Please note certain items are not eligible for exchange (please see above for more information).

    What if my product is defective?:
    When calling us, please indicate that your product is defective. During our 60 day return guidelines, any Eligible* products that are deemed to be defective may be exchanged free of charge for a new, working unit. Certain products will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
