The seller sent the wrong items and tried to sell and wanted me to keep the wrong items. The seller didn't want to send the exchange item or accept the returns.

It didn't say they were from China. I would have spent the extra $2-5 for something closer. It's been over 3 weeks and my items hasn't arrived. I won't be using them again.

Rating + 1 Would give 0 egg or even a negative 5 egg if it allowed me.

Completely misrepresented product. Supposed to be rechargeable flashlight with high/mid/low beam, SOS, strobe etc. Came with no batteries or rechargeable pack so obviously this isn't rechargeable. Had no High/mid/low or SOS or strobe, only and on and off. When asked for a refund all the seller could say in broken English is to please send them a video of us putting batteries in the flashlight like Americans are too stupid to know how to power and operate a flashlight. I contacted new-egg again and they are handling the issue like a champ. I really wish I had known this seller was an untrustworthy person not even of this country. He probably sent his idiotic replies via email while in a desert across the pond pedaling his bicycle to power the computer he is on.

Rating + 1 Not to good, yet

When I made my purchase, it appeared as a three day delivery. It is three days short of a month now and still no product. I also started out with a USPS tracking number that USPS never acknowledged. Now there appears a different tracking number that when I click on it, returns me to the product page and no information. If this product is actually shipping from China then the delay is understable. Otherwise, I'm sure I have been scammed.

Rating + 1 Shady Company!

Never received these items, let alone any type of contact on their status. It wasn't until I requested a refund that they contacted me and decided to tell us that "the post office returned the items to us with no explanation." Really? No...Really? And now you decide to tell me? Even though the tracking number never shows that it was in the possession of the Post Office to begin with. Steer clear of this company and any products offered by them. You may find that giving them your money is the only part of the transaction that actually gets completed and lack of communication and failure to actually ship your purchase is their M.O.! BUYER BEWARE!!

Rating + 4 LED Flashlight, got it and it works, worth the wait...

I had ordered a LED flashlight but WorthytoHave wasn't satisfied with the quality of the flashlights received (no shipping to customers), I waited about 4 weeks for my order (was offered a refund, but decided to wait). Glad I waited, awesome flashlight and a great price!!!
