The tires are fine but a bit noisy. The shipping was a joke. It took them a full week before they actually shipped my tires!

Took longer than expected to process order and send out a bicycle tire, but the price was fair, and the quality of the part was exceptional.

Seller shipped in timely manner, but Post Office accidentally marked the package "return to sender", so it was sent back. Seller kept in communication the entire time and kindly shipped to new address while I was traveling.

Rating + 1 Avoid this seller

I ordered a Yakima FullTilt 5 bike rack as they were $25 cheaper than others and I have always had a "five-egg" experience with Newegg before. This particular seller shipped me the wrong product (it was a Yakima Swing Daddy 4 bike rack) and when I asked to return it, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping. Their policy of "buyer pays for shipping" should only apply if you changed your mind, NOT because the wrong product shipped by the retailer. After expressing my frustration to the rep on email, she offered a courtesy $20 refund if I kept the product. I decided the product will meet my needs (although not ideal) however one week later I have still not seen the credit on my credit card. I am disappointed that Newegg would continue to work with a reseller like this and recommend they drop them immediately as they don't represent the fine service usually associated with Newegg.

Seller advertised that item was in stock. Next day, Seller generated a shipping, takes my money, but does not ship. I emailed/called, finally got through, they claimed the item shipped, but UPS tracking said package was not yet received. 3 business days later, the same song & dance, and UPS tracking still said not received!! Total liars...STAY FAR AWAY!! GLADLY PAY SOMEONE ELSE MORE!!

I received a deffective product and requested an RMA. Never got one. I was requested to send pictures but they did not go through. I was given fake email address to send pictures to but the email got returned. Newegg was of no help. Over a month now and still no resolution.

This seller deserves ZERO eggs! They pitched a bike rack as being in stock. They lied claiming it was shipped the next day. They generated the UPS label, so they can grab my money, but they didn't ship it, since they didn't have one! They tried to fetch one wholesale to send to me, but sorry, I'm not incline to sit around and wait for them to get an extra $10-15 profit at my expense--certainly NOT when they claimed they had it in stock!
The tracking label does not lie!! They claimed it was shipped in the morning, but two days later, clearly stated the item had NOT be given to UPS yet. 24-48 hour tracking info delays?? NOT that initial scan!! That cannot ever happen, ever!! The first scan always happens, since UPS wants to get paid. We are not stupid!!

Stay FAR, FAR away from this vendor!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really do not understand why Newegg keeps these guys as a supplier. I placed my order for 2 items. The item that shipped from new egg arrived 2 days early, the item coming from Xtreme, I received shipping notification the next day. Over a week later and the item still had not shipped. Emailed for information and was told, up to 4 or more business days before shipping. I had to point out I received my notification the day after ordering, kind of got into an argument with them, but the actually mailed it that day and I received my item in 2 days. It's this kind of service that gives Newegg and others a bad name.

item would not seal right and sell people dont like to help you tawlk with manger he ask for pic i just told him it not worth it and he told me they dont have problem with these thing but i see were a lot of people said they dont work oh well it int he trash
