There a lot of pretty bad reviews about this company, but I had a very satisfactory experience.
Contrary to many other reviews, all my products were new and just as they would come from the factory. My only complaint would be that the shipping took about a week and a half. I called the store about the fact that there was no tracking information available after a week, and she was very polite. She told me she would look into it, and call me back, but never did.

I liked the prices and the fact shipping didn't multiply by the number of parts I put in my Cart. They goofed up, but corrected it immediately. I will do business with again.

When I placed my order for the 'Hydrapak Wooly Mammoth Double Walled, Insulated Water Bottle: 20oz', the available picture from the seller displayed only one color scheme--the color scheme I wanted. I realized later in the small print that there was no guarantee that the customer would
receive the color they wanted. Had I known that I would have made my purchase elsewhere so that I could actually pick the color I wanted--that I was paying for. If the buyer is going to receive any random color, then display all the available colors in the picture. Also, I was denied my request from the seller for an exchange for my preferred color. I would not recommend nor do business again with this seller.

Awesome seller. I called to check on the order the day after placing it. They were VERY nice. Would absolutely purchase from them again. Once the order was processed shipping on literally overnight via UPS. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again guys!

The product was received as described, but the seller took seven full business days to ship and blatantly lied about this in an email.

The product is excellent. The sport place took a long time to get it here, and there were bolts and nuts missing. I have my own, so I saved a few bucks instead of buying from the manufacturer.

received item quickly, item was obviously used and missing parts (box was damaged and greasy), packaging was awful, return process was awful, worst communication ever, never received refund for return, don't let them scam you, buy your bike parts elsewhere
