Took 6 days to ship it and another 7 to get here. Sure it was free shipping, but 6 days to ship, really?

I purchased Xo Skins Screen Protector For Samsung Galaxy S 2 Epic Touch 4G and so far, no issues. The packaging was minimal (good), the directions were simple and understandable (good), installation of the protector was simple and easy (great)!
I would by from this seller again.

I purchased a screen protector for my new ExoPC Windows 7 slate, and the shield was too big and did not fit after installation. I contacted XO Skins (Manufacturer), and they said I had to contact the place where it was purchase, so I contacted NewEgg, and they said I had to contact the merchant. I was expecting to get the runaround from the merchant, but got the exact opposite. I sent an e-mail that afternoon and was responded to the next morning. They were kind in the e-mail and sent out a replacement that same day (this time it fit my slate perfectly). This experience totally renewed my confidence in merchant purchases. 2 Thumbs Up!!
