Most Favorable Review

Love the size and weight

MSI Primo 81 Android Tablet - 7.85" Touchscreen Quad-core CPU 1GB RAM 16GB Flash (White/Gold)
MSI Primo 81 Android Tablet - 7.85" Touchscreen Quad-core CPU 1GB RAM 16GB Flash (White/Gold)

Pros: I really like the 4:3 ratio 8in tablets. Book reading is better at this size as well as social media and web applications. Flashed the Android 4.4 right away (which went smoothly) and it is running great. Played 1.5 hours of Youtube videos and power dropped about 25%. I'd guess it will run about 5+ hours on a charge. Good build quality.

Cons: On build quality: You feel a bit of the lip on the metal to screen face transition. And the buttons could really use a better plastic.

Overall Review: I definitely recommend upgrading to 4.4 before you even turn on the system. I've had Allwinner CPU based tablets before and the firmwares tend to get better with each version. So running the latest is probably your best bet with this.

Good Start

EVGA TEGRA NOTE 7 Tablet - 16GB Flash, 1GB RAM Quad Core NVIDIA Tegra 4
EVGA TEGRA NOTE 7 Tablet - 16GB Flash, 1GB RAM Quad Core NVIDIA Tegra 4

Pros: Very nice weight. I personally find the screen as being one of the better ones out. Good viewing angles and I can read scanned Google book pages two at a time in landscape. Very fast and responsive. The pen has much less lag then my galaxy note 10.1 tablet. And this has standard USB and HDMI ( which is huge for me because I want to teach with this ).

Cons: Write app doesn't smooth pen strokes, which would be a nice update to have in the future. Plugging in the USB and HDMI is much harder then it should be.

Overall Review: I'm looking to use this as an educational tablet. Geogebra is just plain awesome with this for geometry!
