Pros: Accepts older V2 Xeons and DDR3 RDIMM w/ or w/o ECC
Lots of PCIe slots and SATA plugs
An actual IPMI function including remote power management and virtual console!
All in an ATX form factor
Rock solid in all stress tests
Cons: No x16 PCIe slot so not good for gaming rig
A bit pricey
Other Thoughts: I had the CPU and the DDR3 to definitely worth it for me... if you are buying everything than maybe a Haswell V3 Xeon and DDR4 mobo would be a better choice.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: simple & effective. No problem scanning very small barcodes (4mil wide lines, 50mil height) very close to other bar codes, exactly what we needed. Totally usb powered, no battery to run down, only 1 cord.
very fast scan, at almost any angle. Getting the right distance is a little trickier, but not bad.
Bought this under the company acct, so I won't show as a "Verified buyer".
Cons: obviously not your fancy wireless, 3D, etc barcode reader, but doesn't claim to be.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Plantronics .Audio 648 Corded Stereo Headset
Pros: Sound is OK if you can get the driver to load
Cons: Painful! If you place your upper ear lobes though the gap between the earmuff and the band, it gets pinched against a sharp edge in the band. If you go over the ear lobe, it is not centered over the ear, nor is it secure. I have a set of Jabra BT phones in this style and ave used them for hundreds of hours w/o complaints, but these I can not take for 10 minutes.
Also, I could not get Win7 64 pro to load the driver. Perhaps because I installed the plantronics spoke s/w b4 I plugged it in? But even after uninstalling all the plantronics sw and rebooting, it would not load a driver. It did identify the device though. On a XP machine it plugged in and work straight away w/o any installed s/w???
Other Thoughts: There must be better USB behind the ear headsets...READ FULL REVIEW
