Pros: I am going to give starts to each category and a small description.

For $240 CAD you get:
CPU: 5 star Intel atom very power efficient and fast. (Turbo boost in this family works even at 100% load so go figure)
RAM:5 star 2 GB not available in any device in this price range (ANY)
Security: 5 star it was already encrypted when I got it.
Battery: 5 star 2-3 days of mixed use. It reminds me of the iPad I had (True 9 hours)
Wifi: 5 Star dual band 2.4 + 5
Screen: 3 star could be a lot better. But not an issue for me.
Sound: 4 star Big speaker at the back. Don't need it anyways
Construction : 4 star great quality built plastic ( 5 would be for metal body)
Cameras: 2 star could be a lot better. Don't need it anyways.

In short it is an Asus product.

Cons: Camera and screen could be better but you can't really go wrong at this price for this performance.

Other Thoughts: I have searched a lot and came up with this tablet. I prefer it over any other device at this price.
2 Gig or RAM is critical and needed, don't get anything less that that.

Pros: For the price of a tablet you get a very nice and tiny laptop that can work in every tight corner of server room. This has a hynex flash based storage and it is defiantly better than MMC or SD type. It is only 32 GB but you can add another 32 GB with very nice and reasonably priced SD cards. In fact since it doesn't take HDD or SSD makes it lighter and gives you certaily more battery life. I am getting a full day job done with a single charge which lasts about 7-8 hours peak. The best part of this laptop is the CPU actually. You may think what a 1.46 GHz atom can do for me but let me tell you: This guy turbo boosts even at 100% CPU load to 2.4 GHz much better that going to turbo speed when only one of the cores works only or cpu is less than 100% it boots in 15 secs which is more than acceptable for this guy with the nice little CPU flash. 2 GB RAM is very good for what you can do for as long as 7-8 hours in the 10 inch dsiplay that has more resolution than my older macbook pro! The dedicated USB 3 port is very nice but it can also give you more with the OTG cable over the charging micro USB port. Finally it has the HDMI output that I haven't tested yet. Asus has an app on this that manages the gestures on the track-pad as well so it is easier to change you scrolling direction and get a few fancy gestures like the ones OSX has. The touch screen is also very responsive but I don't use it anyways!

Wireless is dual band and I like it. The only thing is since the battery has enough capacity I wish the keyboard was illuminated which is very handy in server room and when you are working in low light in emergency condition.

last but not least : Asus equipped this tiny toy with TPM module so if you update your windows to pro grade on this you can have the windows bitlocker without messing with settings to ignore not having it.

The real complain is since it is considered as a laptop you should take it out from your bag in the airport security! :D

Cons: none

Pros: Great budget CPU! Actually no! just change the multiplier from 17 to 21 and becomes 8350 which beats any i5 at the price. I use this for Matlab simulations with Parallel Computing toolbox and Matlab loves it very much! No need for 8350! I got this for $129 on sale! :D

With a bit of tuning stands against i7 and is $130 cheaper.
For power Ok your intel is 77 or 85 watt but do the math:
How long does it take to recover your $130 with say 50 Watt saving!
Do you keep any CPU that long????

Cons: NA DA
