Everything i expected

ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Everything you really expect and some I didn't - About 15% performance boost on 660 TI at lower cost - Smaller form factor that allows it to be put in smaller cases - Runs cooler then my gtx 560 while almost doubling the frames - Was able to immediately overclock it for free additional performance - Clocking tools included work as noted - Only requires one 8 pin power connector/ comes with a 2 6 pin to 1 8 pin adaptor if needed - This model unlocks shadow play which is what I was after - Has a power indicator light that indicates that it has the needed power from the 8 pin

Cons: Its hard to nitpick such a nice card but here is my best shot - Looks almost seem lacking once installed due to size (if you have a larger case) - It does require an 8 pin connector instead of 6 pins (not a real issue for me) - Has a lower CUDA core count which does show in some games. - I received an assassins creed voucher with mine which has to be redeemed through UPLAY. - Doesn't make me a sandwich?

Overall Review: This card works as expected, giving the 670 a run for its money and even beating it in some games while coming out cheaper then the 660 ti. If you are truly interested these cards can be placed in SLI and will beat a Titan on most games. (to be clear 2X760 > titan) The main reason I went with ASUS is their legendary support. I once called them at 10 PM cst about my motherboard. I not only received an advanced RMA, I was able to talk to someone in the US about it.

Buzz you say

Razer Chimaera Gaming Headset
Razer Chimaera Gaming Headset

Pros: - I have a hard time saying anything good about these but i guess i will give it a go. While working they do provide a decent sounding experience - I was able to operate these headphones from 30+ feet away during my testing - The Mic does mute itself (and you might want to leave it muted since there is no noise reduction technology here) - The setup is extremely easy and can be done in a matter of minutes (plug and play for the most part) - I really like the stand design and how the headset sits on the charging stand - I used these headphones while playing Battlefield Bad company 2, Starcraft 2, Left 4 dead 2, and Prototype. They Performed flawlessly as long as i kept my volume loud enough to ignore the buzz o doom(see below)

Cons: - I bought this headset a short time ago and immediately realized a high pitched buzzing noise coming from the stand. I RMAed the product and received back a new one that did the same thing. As long as the stand is plugged in it will make this annoying high pitched tone. This is my first attempt at a RAZOR product and will also be my last. -RAZOR has NO support and informed me that they do not replace or otherwise accept the warranty status of products that are sold by other vendor such as newegg. -To make things better i bought these while they were on sale so newegg wont give me a refund, i can only continue to return them for another faulty set. With that said i do have a huge issue calling it a (bad set) since i did get two in a row.

Overall Review: Please please PLEASE dont buy these from newegg. They dont have a return policy on this product that would allow you to get your money back if you are in a unforgiving loop of horror like i am. Hopefully either newegg will wise up to this horrible product (or batch of this product) and remove them from the store!

Great card with minor hickup

EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card 01G-P3-1361-KR
EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card 01G-P3-1361-KR

Pros: - Great card that runs cool - Will run anything on the market (at max settings with sli) - Can easily achieve a 50%+ overclock with out having to adjust voltages - Sip power - Even with SLI they run cool

Cons: - Need 2 6 pin connectors to run SLI - REGISTER RIGHT WHEN YOU GET THEM (see details below) - I did have one card die within a few months of owning it while i have another one that is coming up on a year old with no issues - These cards DO NOT support tri-sli (yes this was a problem point for me)

Overall Review: -- I waited to register my second card until it was to late. Of course it died and i called for a replacement. I might as well have gotten the Ban hammer as EVGA told me that there is nothing that they can do and were unable to work with me. Overall it is my fault but it was enough for me to consider working with another company in the future. Until then the card is already trashed :( -- These cards were able to push battlefield bad company 2 at maxed settings at 70+ frames per second on a 21 inch screen. They did struggle pushing battlefield 3 on the same screen maxed out. i averaged 60+ but would have problems when things got busy (sometimes dipping into the 40s)

High temps

Intel Core i7-960 - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80601960

Pros: - extremely fast boot time - installed updates in a blink - installed video driver extremely fast - chip worked even under oddly high temps - i believe that this would be a truly wonderful chip if it wasn't defective on arrival

Cons: - I installed this chip into my new system and installed windows, upon reboot my system informed me that i had a CPU heat error - i checked the bios to which i could see this chip quickly raising until 85 Degrees c. - remounted my heat sink with Arctic silver 5 (no change) - thought it might be a read error on the temp and it was my motherboard until i touched the back plate on the board and almost burned myself - i just finished the RMA request, will change review when better results are seen

Overall Review: - Antec DF-85 Case(7 fans) - 2X GTX460 - ASUS Rampage III Formula

Decent for cheap

Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset
Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset

Pros: - comfortable in short burst - good boom - booms is easy to detach and reattach

Cons: - breeze cover for mic doesnt stay on to save its life ( i hot glued it on - Use it for anything longer than a few hours and your ears and head will get hot as all get out - foam padding is a joke, however it almost feels like its not needed anyways so i was able to see past this

Overall Review: - good for skype and cashual gamming DONT buy this if you plan on using it for long gaming session or gaming while having ventrillo or any other voip process running as it does tend to make even your soft sounds overpowered. With tweaking this is an exceptional headset for the price though and is recommended

BALLER

ASUS GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card ENGTX460/2DI/768MD5
ASUS GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card ENGTX460/2DI/768MD5

Pros: - Can easily clock all the way up to 850 Mhz - Ran right out of box - Memory clocked nicely as well - Price is amazing for the performance - comes with two mox to 6 bin adapters - plays Supreme cammander maxed out at almost 100 frames a second on smaller maps while clocked - runs SUPER cool, this is one of the only cards i have seen run max setting with in a enclosure for any period of time and stay below 50 degrees Celsius!!

Cons: - takes up two slots (to be expected) -needs two 6 pin connectors even though this card seems power friendly - EVGA Precision doesn't let you directly control your core clock just the shaders, this can be adjusted for by knowing that the core clock runs at half the shaders speed or by just using MSI afterburner - will only run two cards in SLI so if you want a TRI SLI build DONT DO IT. i dont ever see someone needing more than two of these bad boys but none the less just take note

Overall Review: I popped this bad boy in and instantly got 60+ frames on almost all of my games. This was even before started clocking it. I originally thought that i was able to get this card to run stable up to about 872 Mhz, however when i went to sleep i had some background processes running that proved me otherwise. i stepped it back to about 852 completely stable!! The minor suggestion that i have is if your going to have this card in your box make sure the rest of your hardware can keep up. I ended up getting only about 73 frames a second on borderlands and wondered why since my last card set could nearly match this, up until i look at my CPU and realized that this bad boy wanted my CPU to try to keep up with it. It WALLS my processor at 100% about every time i play a game. This is not completely a bad thing its just pulling all available resources. I Run a AMD athlon dual core at 3.5, so if your looking at getting the most out of this card you have to beat that!
