Pros: Gskill is and has been my goto company for years and years. And still is and will be. I have bought 1 2x2gb set and it worked fine. I also bought a 4x4gb set and it worked fine, I have 2 duplicate motherboards and this brand and model of memory worked as I mixed and match the above sets no problem.
Cons: I figure this is a new batch. And something has changed, so my motherboard does not like it. Any slot, any ram timing, and cmos reset, bios reset. And no boot period. Just a constant reboot cycle. Same result on 2x GA-G41MT-S2PT (rev. 2.1) motherboards. .
Other Thoughts: I still trust GSkill and would not bat a eyelash to recommend to anyone. Newegg handled my problem quickly and painlessly. I still would like to get a 2x4gb memory set working some how.READ FULL REVIEW

This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2PT LGA 775 Intel G41 + ICH7 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Works out of the box! took 30 min to get it installed and running. Bios is intuitive and easy to navigate. G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model set the memory settings to auto and it detected it and no worries. Buy this board if you have a cord 2 duo or quad and your covered.
50,000 hour solid caps are something that always helps the longevity of the board accept nothing less. Gigabyte rules!
Cons: Only thing I wish the Bios had was the ability to reduce Memory Voltage. And that it had 4 phase instead of 3 phase to the CPU.
Other Thoughts: Buys me a few more years to use this quad core, instead of having to buy new hardware which is always welcome.READ FULL REVIEW
