Works great for SSD's
Pros: Works with Samsung SSD's
Cons: None
Really Bad Cifs Performance
Pros: Wireless N , did not test, couldn't get passed wired testing.
Cons: Gigabit speed, not gigabit to a Iomaga NAS StorCenter ix4-200d. I was getting 100-300KB speeds, unless I copied a large ISO ( 10GB) from the nas(tired teamed, failover and load balance, and single nic on the nas), then I would get 20 MB. Funny thing, is that the same file back I would only get a 100-300 KB transfer rate. Tested from a Windows 7 64 bit device, with dual GB nic's, and six 1 TB drives in raid 5. and a older windows vista 64 bit device. Same results. Tested NAS Speeds prior with a Linksys gig switch with 30-20 MB both directions.
Overall Review: Contacted tech support, indicated I upgraded to firmware 1.72, requested a 1.65 firmware downgrade, and they indicated that they did not have access to older firmware. I also asked if they have seen this problem, and they said no. I even tried reflashing the firmware, resetting the device etc. Tech support also indicated there where no wired speed settings for turning etc.
Works well
Pros: Been running for over than a year, no problems!
Cons: None
