Pros: Excellent price/feature ratio.
All 3 output options: analog VGA, DVI-D, HDMI.
2x old school PCI slots on a Micro ATX!
On board and front panel USB 3.0.
Cons: I'm not a huge fan of the stock LGA 1155 cooler fasteners but that's not the fault of this board.
Factory applied a sticker suggesting that all boot HDDs be attached to the SATA 2 ports, not SATA 3. No other explanation in manual.
Other Thoughts: Used this board along with a Celeron G1610 and 4G G.SKILL RAM stick for a low power home server rebuild. I'm also using this as a MythTV back end and needed 2x PCI slots for my older ATSC tuner and PVR-500 cards. I purposely stayed cheap and low heat but would not hesitate to install a LGA 1155 Core processor in this board if I wanted a higher performance system.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very serviceable CPU/GPU for basic systems.
Great price/performance ratio; check cpuboss <dot> com.
Cons: Newegg cost is significantly more than Intel MSRP of USD42.
Other Thoughts: Used the G1610 in a low power home server/HTPC backend application. It works great for this purpose, and is ideal for any sort of basic computing rig. Plays 1080p H.264 video without hiccups using the embedded Intel GPU. Running MythTV on Ubuntu 14.10.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Good capacity/price ratio.
Cons: Heat spreaders mostly for show.
Other Thoughts: I just needed a stick of dependable RAM for a low end home server rebuild, and this G.SKILL fit my bill nicely. Tolerated a few hours of memtest burn in without error and the final result works great.READ FULL REVIEW
