Pros: GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK...... WEI from 4.2 to 5.9..... 40-60fps.......

Cons: Fan is not quiet.... at 80% its noisy......

Other Thoughts: LISTINE...... in a slimline mitx case the psu fan faces the gpu fan. This thing was idling at 160degrees.... got up to 185 at times..... ouch. Today, I turned the psu fan around to blow the current out the back of the psu. its running at 125 now... its still high however.... the case does not have great airflow..... its better than almost BOILING....

MSI NF980-G65 AM3 NVIDIA nForce 980a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

3 out of 5 eggs 2way SLI or 3way SLI? 01/04/2011

This review is from: MSI NF980-G65 AM3 NVIDIA nForce 980a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: According to MSI's website... this motherboard does support 3way SLI aswell as SLI(2way)... now according to this pics... a 3way SLI bridge is not included.....but its nice to know....

Cons: I believe in order to run a 6core amd cpu you have to update the bios first which means a compatible cpu has to be installed 1st.... update bios..... turn pc off.... the swop out CPU's..... am I wrong?...... I hope so...... cuz I would hate to have a cheap AMD cpu laying around the house just for a 5min UPGRADE.....

Other Thoughts: With HYBRID SLI and 3way SLI..... this motherboard supports up to 8 monitors...... hopefully I am not the only one that can figure out how.... but HYBRID SLI means that if you go into the bios... there is called "multi adapter mode".... enable it..... now the onboard GPU will run while all the other GPU's are running....
