This review is from: Intuit TurboTax Deluxe Federal & State 2014
Cons: Big changes in Turbo Tax 2014. TT pushing you to buy Premier so you can get the features that were always in the Deluxe version.
Other Thoughts: Went back to H&R Block's Taxcut. Bye TT, you thieving *ricks.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I love the 8 inch screen. It's the perfect size and that extra inch of screen real estate over the 7 inch really makes a difference.
The screen is bright and clear, despite not having the very highest level of resolution by today's standards.
The touchscreen is very responsive and the keyboard (onscreen) is big enough that you don't have trouble hitting the correct key every time.
I like the fact that you can add up to 64 MB of additional storage via a micro SDXC card.
The WiFi seems to work very well. It's fast and the range seems to be exceptional. I took the tab clear to the back of my lot and never lost my WiFi connection.
The GPS works great. This is a high priority for me.
I was surprised how fast this tablet took a charge, compared to several of my other Android devices.
My refurbished unit is like new. I wouldn't know it wasn't new but for the non-retail packaging.
Cons: Can't stream videos from Am***n Prime.
I had to change the setting where the tablet automatically verifies that you're looking at the screen or it turns the screen off. It just didn't seem to work right. Maybe it's because of my glasses.
Other Thoughts: I have several other Android devices, including an Am***n Fire HD, and this Galaxy Tab 3 is my favorite (by far).
I am super impressed with this tablet, and I'm not impressed easily. The size, weight, thin bezel, and pure usability are great!
From what I've read, the new Galaxy Tab 4 really isn't much of an improvement over this tablet. Save some money and get the Galaxy Tab 3, and save some more money by buying the refurbished model.
This review is from: Rosewill RNX-EasyN4 IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wireless-N 2.0 Broadband Router (2T2R) Up to 300Mbps Data Rates/ WPA Personal and Enterprise, WPA2, 64 & 128 bit WEP, PSK, TKIP, AES, WPS Security with 2 dBi Antenna x2
Pros: I own this router and it has been in continuous service since I purchased it in May of 2011.
Running 24 X7 X 365. Never even one hiccup. It's been completely stable and dependable as a rock.
With the 2T2R configuration and the "N" standard you get very good data throughput.
Cons: The only con is that it has been discontinued.
Range is adequate to good, but not remarkable.
Other Thoughts: I know that standards change and products come and go, but this router would still compare favorably to 95% of the products out there today.
Like all modern electronic products, some people are bound to get one that fails early or has problems. I'm sure there are people out there that received a bad RNX-EasyN4, but most of us have received great service from them.
I'd buy another one without hesitation if they were still available.
