This review is from: Crucial M4 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CT128M4SSD2
Pros: Hell of a SSD, blows away all the OCZ drives I've installed.
So far haven't lost a drive if setup properly. (Missed one removing paging file and destroyed it pretty quick)
Price has dropped 50% since I bought it, now is better than ever.
Cons: No mounting bracket (not a big deal for me)
Other Thoughts: Can't beat paying a bit more for a much better product. This is key when it comes to hard drives and data.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Solid construction heavy /w full aluminum heatsink 2 fans
Fan shroud is not plastic, but full aluminum as well
OC from factory with 3 year warranty
Caps come on all pots as well as pci-e and crossfire pins
This card is fast
Comes with display port adapter of some sort
Low power usage
This card is super quiet at full load
Cons: Drivers are horrid, 2 bluescreens when writing review
Had to do review on laptop
No case badge MSI!!!
Other Thoughts: This card ran Skyrim like a champ on ultra
This card ran BF3 like a champ on Ultra, BF3 is beutiful
This card did not play saints row III worth a darn, my 4850 did better on med setting. I assume drivers are to blame
You can NOT use the drivers on the AMD site for the 4800 series, they will not work and the card will show up as generic. I was forced to use the CD for drivers. I did not give the 7xxx drivers a go, just the 7800 series drivers.
This card played games better than it would run normal windows operations. Chrome made it bluescreen twice. I did not have any bluescreens in games. I played at least 2 hours.
MSI no case badge!!!!!
I'm really irritated at Newegg, I ordered this card friday 3-16 with overnight shipping and rush processing. I just received it today 3-20-12. Usually new egg is faster.
All and all this card seems solid, just need to wait for driver optimization. No reason to give this card a bad review as most cards have that issue at launch.
This review is from: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes
Pros: Keeps my Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz at 34c on full load. OC to 3.6 it keeps it at 39c
This was back in the summer at a constant room temp of 77f
Cons: This baby is the biggest cooler I ever say. My side fan would not work b/c a copper pipe out the top stuck into it.
It was easily fixed by cutting off the quarter inch of copper pipe sticking beyond the fins.
Other Thoughts: I wish it came with a second fan as I'm sure my temps would drop another 2-5 degrees.
I used Artic Silver 5 thermal paste and not what came with it. I have no knowledge if the cooler-master paste is good or not.
I love Newegg! Cheaper than Amzon!
