My daughter was finally able to save up enough money so she could buy everything for her computer build.
She is 10 and was so happy that now her and Daddy can finally build her computer!!! We have all the parts needed.
We sat down and opened all the products up for the first time. Only to find out that the mother board has bent
or broken pins under the plastic CPU socket protector.
The box was in 100% perfect condition so this had to have happened at the factory.
I sat down and tried on 8 separate occasions to fill out the RMA on ASUS's web site but each time their site fails and errors.
I tried to fill the form out at work and even on a friends computer. The web site errors out and fails!! ASUS, even your
web site for customer service and support is broken!
I sat down and wrote an email to ASUS and I received a reply from ASUS telling me that it is not their fault and that ASUS
will not handle this nor take care of my daughter's problem with a bad MOBO from ASUS!
Seriously?? ASUS, you blow off a 10 year old who has saved for 2 years to have a computer! She worked hard doing chores
and working for relatives etc to come up with this money, only to be told .. oh well it's not ASUS's issue.
My daughter is 10, she has been saving for a LONG time to have a computer but ASUS doesn't care!
My wife and I are not happy and my daughter asks me, Daddy, when will I be able to use my computer?
We feel as though ASUS has taken advantage of a 10 year old.
We are simply sickened that your staff simply does not care and that you refuse to help us!
Someone at ASUS really needs to Stop all this run around and just make this right already!
Other Thoughts: I will never recommend anyone ever buys from ASUS after how they have handled this.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I own 4 of these now on different computers and have never had any issues or problems!

Pros: The Platinum rating at this price is an amazing deal. Now add in the EVGA name and you have a power supply that will
make quality power all day long for years and never grow tired!
The full modular design is something I always look for and it makes life so much easier.
Only install what you need and keep the clutter out of your case!
Runs very quiet and stay cool!
Cons: Why does no one make a main board power cable, the 24 pin, with a 90 degree end on the
MOBO side for easier install and the ability to keep even more cables out of the way?
