Other Thoughts: Wrong time of year to buy from Newegg. Ontrac delivered the monitor 2 days early, unfortunately I closed my store at noon on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and they dropped it off at 3:30 at the front door of the store anyway. Of course coming back to work on Friday it's no longer here, ontrac just gave my monitor to someone for Christmas. Ontrac does not have a choice to press on their circular recording for customer service, nor a choice to speak to anyone. Newegg's Chat is down, e-mail may take 3 days to a week to respond, and I gave up being on hold after 1/2 hour. And I'm out over $80.00. Thanks ontrac, thanks Newegg.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Good for increasing heart rate to dangerous levels
Cons: All the disk does is send you to the website where it downloads an empty, non working version. Leaves you in no mans loop entering the same numbers over and over. The chat line is hopelessly understaffed and the phone bank is only open when I have to work. Once installed how does one open the program and use it? It seems after doing the same thing over and over ten times it will finally show that it's registered, but that seems to be the the extent of the program.
Other Thoughts: What a waste to time, money and energy. Don't walk away, RUNREAD FULL REVIEW

Pros: Worked for a day, sort of.
Cons: see above
Other Thoughts: I bought one of these a few years ago for a home entertainment system but wired everything instead. Have a SMC router I bought here that works great with my laptop. I took this out of the box the other day for a XP computer in my daughters bedroom. It worked but I had to open the software and re-enter ssid password every time to get it to work. Next day would not accept password, said it was invalid. The router and other computer say otherwise. Any ideas?READ FULL REVIEW
