This review is from: ASUS P8B75-V LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: very expansive, with a lot you can do to customize your build.
Cons: is a larger board than most.
Other Thoughts: i saw this board a year ago and said this seems like a fairly decent board to build a gaming rig on, well i was definitely on the right track. its still performing well, stays relatively cool, and has a number of slots for adding your own sound card wireles cards and a decent number of spots for Fan connectors.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Fits nicley, works well, price is Fair for the average person, Looks neat for windowed cases.
Cons: not as fast a speed as i'd like.
Other Thoughts: even though it runs at a lower speed it still works great for any kind of gaming thats RAM intensive. i will say 16GB is a bit excessive for gaming but if you want to do Game development and 3D Modeling this amount is about the most you'd need. this 4 package is a great deal though if you want to build 2 gaming Rigs.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed Black ATX Mid Tower Case
Pros: the case is very solid and spacious allowing for very large coolers to be implemented as well as numerous fans ranging from 120mm to 140mm.
Cons: the HDD mount is just placed badly.
Other Thoughts: i ordered the windowed case and wound up with the non windowed version. kinda worked out for the better as i sleep in the same room my computer runs and having a big glow light in one corner would annoy me, so in the end it worked out even though i still paid 10$ more for a non windowed case.
the bottom mount PSU is a must have it is so nice and it comes with a filter on it thats easy to clean and works really well. i cleaned it after a year and it wasn't too terrible.
im sure it'd be late to ask but it'd be nice if i could get that extra 10$ in store credit or something a full refund wouldn't be worth anyones time.
