Pretty good so far
Pros: Not Windows 8 8 gb RAM
Cons: The mouse buttons are part of the track pad and require a harder push to get it to click than my older Lenovo. The backspace and number lock buttons are too close together and I'm always hitting the num lock. Speakers are just awful. Sounds like music is coming out of a tin can.
don't waste your money
Pros: provided a nice breeze for a few hours
Cons: fan now runs at less than 1/2 speed, it stops by itself, and the USB connection gets pretty hot. This is the first day I have used this fan.
Overall Review: I got this for the fan, haven't tried the other pieces yet but I won't waste my time...this is going back.
Avoid if your using HDMI with Windows XP
Pros: not sure, haven't really used it since it won't give me any sound on my pc.
Cons: No sound over HDMI to TV when using Windows XP. i googled this and it seems to be a common problem with this card. I've tried a variety of solutions given on sites but none have worked so far. Sound worked fine when I was running Ubuntu but I installed XP and now it's gone.
Overall Review: I've been a fan of Radeon cards for a while, this is very disappointing, I probably won't get a Radeon card again. To be fair, it seems to be a shared issue between the card and Windows XP.
got the DVD-ROM....need some screws
Pros: cheap
Cons: they didn't include any screws to secure the drive inside the case. that's fine if it is a replacement drive but for a new build, that really sucks! now I have to find an old drive and hope there's screws still in it.
