Pros: Holds a charge well, and can charge 2 devices at same time; even higher amp items, like iPads
Cons: Nice to have the light, but the On/Off push button is large and on the face. More often than not, when I reach into my duffle bag, the light has turned on. The other star is lost on the lame power cord. It has cracked at both ends after a couple months....
Other Thoughts: Better power cord and a switch on the side for the light ... would make this 5 starREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: POWEREX MH-C9000 WizardOne Charger-Analyzer w/4pcs 2700mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries
Pros: Gives readings on Volts and mAh
Cons: Expensive and directions very confusing. Had to do a google search to find a video on how to use.
Other Thoughts: I bought this to refresh and analyze my old batteries. Problem is ... when I put in most old batteries (which charge fine in a normal charger), it gives me a HIGH reading, or just cycles trying to start. It works fine with brand new Powerex batteries, but I do not need an expensive charger for new batteries. I foolishly bought a second, thinking it was the charger. I might get longer life from the new batteries, but that is yet to be seen.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Haier CPN12XC9 12,000 Cooling Capacity (BTU) Portable Air Conditioner
Pros: Blows very cold air
Great deal with rebate
Cons: Short exhaust hose (5')
Single hose design (air pumped out hose, is replaced by hot humid air elsewhere)
Looks refurbished (but not abused)
Other Thoughts: I never buy an Extended Warranty, but based on the low Egg rating, thought it might come in handy. Especially since it is March, and its 30 Day Warranty will have expired by the time I start using it.
Everything works fine on mine, and not much louder than my In-Wall AC's, but it does have a very large crack in the bottom panel. I 'assume' it is only cosmetic, since it clearly happened before it was shipped. I have been running it as a Dehumidifier to see if it leaks, but being earlier Spring, it is not humid enough to know if it is a leaker yet?
It is a shame it does not come with a longer exhaust hose. The hose is collapsible. So, if you did not need the extra length, don't extend it ... but if you do, you have it. The short hose, limits where you can put it. A few extra feet of hose would have cost $.25?!?!
