Excellent Hardware

SNT SNT-BPSS302ATL 2 x 5.25" Bay to 3 x 3.5" Hotswap SATA/SAS HDDs 6.0 Gbps Tray-Less backplane
SNT SNT-BPSS302ATL 2 x 5.25" Bay to 3 x 3.5" Hotswap SATA/SAS HDDs 6.0 Gbps Tray-Less backplane

Pros: Only needs two power plugs. Switches for fan power and LED activity Fan is quiet and airflow is not blocked by SATA/SAS backplane Trayless means very fast drive swap

Cons: Switches are hard to reach after installation and especially after plugging in cables. That said, you shouldn't need to toggle them once it's in.

Overall Review: Aluminum casing feels solid and is an extremely tight fit. Don't be afraid to push a little hard to get it into your tower. Harddrives slide in and out easily with no scraping and are held rather securely by the steel spring on the back of each slot's door.

Excellent overall

ROCCAT Kone XTD USB Wired Laser Gaming Mouse
ROCCAT Kone XTD USB Wired Laser Gaming Mouse

Pros: Very nice mouse. Buttons are easy to click regardless of hand size, with a large clickable area on the primary two. Weight adjustment works as advertised. Color changing stripes add a nice touch to the sleek design. Feels responsive regardless of load; the 1k poll rate shines here. Macros are easy to program or capture and can be tweaked by the millisecond. Shift button really is amazing for packing tons of macros into the device. DPI changes have to be set in software, but can be switched on the fly with a macro once set.

Cons: The driver software is sometimes cumbersome, and can only store five presets. With one of these dedicated to desktop use, you end up with four usable presets for other programs. It's enough for me, but people who use macros more heavily might find it limiting.

Overall Review: All "gaming" or "performance" mice are going to be expensive, so the mouse's price is neither a pro nor a con in my view. That said, its price gets you solid hardware and the software to back it up while staying under $100.
