Pros: Fast read/write speeds, while they last.
Simple yet good looking design.
Samsung Magician software - RAPID mode makes for great read/writes and IOPS read/writes.
Cons: So, I have never had any issues with my 840 EVO's which were the 500gb versions, however, I've purchased two 850 Pro's in the 512gb versions and I have had very inconsistent read/writes with them. My first one lasted about a year, but I just picked up this new one almost exactly 4 months ago and I'm already getting errors with it, and very sluggish performance. It has literally been cut in half. I've also noticed longer boot times in that short period of time with load screens on my games taking much longer, and very choppy/sluggish performance when it is reading data. Note that the issues mentioned above are not there when I switched my OS back onto my 840 EVO.

Pros: Nice looking router with 2.4GHz and 5GHz capability, dual band is great. Very nice layout on the UI for setup and setting adjustments.
Cons: I've had this router for 7 months now and in that time I have seen a rapid decline in WiFi speeds, as well as single strength in the WiFi. I was able to be in my garage outside and have a solid 8gbps download with 1gbps upload. I now can't be 20 feet away in my bedroom and using WiFi on my cell phone without having constant drops and really sluggish speeds in the 4gbps download and .75gbps upload on my 65gpbs down and 5gbps up.. I am in the process of finding another router at the moment which is why I took a moment to update my past review.
Other Thoughts: Not recommended, probably going back to Netgear for my WiFi router.READ FULL REVIEW
