Rob Order Date : 5/12/2013	5/18/2013 7:20:13 AM Someone's Return just received my Kocaso tablet from newegg. Don't appreciate getting someones return that does not work properly. I paid full amount for this item and received a defective tablet returned from someone else. The power supply hums loudly and still testing whether it works. Long Long time customer of newegg and DON'T appreciate getting someone's defective return. They even left downloaded media on the tablet. VERY DISAPPOINTED and item maybe returned. I ordered a white tablet and received a blue one instead. If you do order from them, buyer beware. Never pony up for expedited shipping- you're just going to get the 'convenient boat from China' in any event. My shipment took over 10 days to arrive. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. While the standard shipping is listed as 7-14 days, it still took the full length of time to receive it. I checked on here to see other reviews and noticed others had contacted the seller to discover the item was out of stock. Given that fact, the 14 days it took to receive it was fairly decent. mrb Order Date : 4/14/2013	5/1/2013 12:22:59 PM Recieved a Kocaso M870 8" tablet 10 days ago. Had problems out of the box. Customer service was very helpful trying to solve the issue with a firmware..when that failed they sent a return pre-paid shipping label. So I contacted the seller and they told me to refuse the package. UPS took it back and they refunded my money with no problems. My emails were always answered within a day.
