Never got my product. No response from eForCity. I purchased the product not knowing it wasn't from NewEgg directly. I will NEVER make that mistake again.

Rating + 5 quick and cheap!

I ordered 3 cell phone accessories, and they sent three, but one was a charger instead of a case. I called them and the same day they had the case in the mail, and threw in a free screen saver for my trouble. They also told me to keep the charger. I am not sure how they can offer stuff so cheap and have free shipping. I hope they keep it up though.

Managed to get an iPhone case for a quarter of what it would cost at a physical store. It also shipped very fast for free, so I ended up saving much more than I would have normally.

Rating + 5 Willing to take care of an issue

The USPS butchered the delivery of my purchase, leaving it very late and delivered fours zip codes west of my post office. eForCity offered to completely replace and reship the order to me roughly 24 hours after my initial request for resolution to my shipping issue.

I simultaneously opened a case with the USPS and they were able to reroute my original package to me--the product of which was of a nature such that this was acceptable--so I did not need eForCity to reship. That said, their quick willingness to resolve my issue has earned trust with me. I will consider them for future purchases.

RMA Policy
    Standard Return Policy:

    • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
    • Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date
    • Defective Products: Credited refund for purchase price to original method of payment
    • 15% restocking fee may apply

    All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

    All returns must include the following:
    1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
    2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids eligibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
    3. Valid RMA is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at Newegg-rma@eforcity.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
    4. Original packing slip if applicable
    5. Complete accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
    6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
    The RMA number must be written on the invoice or shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or will be refused and returned at your cost and without credit approval.

    eForCity in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

    eForCity does NOT offer any returns on any products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy unless it's a wrong item shipped case or never opened items. All items must be returned in the original brand new condition or will be refused at customer's cost.

    Products listed under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. Warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer may require any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.
