i wouldnt recommend them u have to pay shipping if u send anything back so come on people if sent a phone cover back that cost 5 bucks to ship i still lose 5 bucks not very happy

My mouse pads were at the door super fast, thank you, They are very excellent, much thinner than typical but it's really very nice. They have a good textured rubber backing and seem to be staying put with no problem. The mice seem to track well on them also. Good job eForCity!

Item was exactly as pictured and described, and arrived on the early end of the shipping timeframe. The tracking number, while valid, was less a tracking number and more a verification that a package existed somewhere in the USPS system. No actual tracking information was available until the day it arrived, that day it was marked as out for delivery. I will have no problems ordering from this company again, the tracking problem is just annoying.

I wouldn't buy dirt from these people. I ordered a tempered glass, then noticed it didn't have holes in it for the camera. I offered to refuse the delivery so it would just be returned to them. I was told I had to pay shipping back, so I did. When the package arrived, I opened it to put it in another envelope, it wasn't even the right item. So instead of getting a full refund, they gave me back $3.73 on an order ultimately they messed up, and then have told me since I didn't want it in the first place, it's my problem. Don't order from these people. Just poor customer service and can't even ship the right item.

Rating + 2 Supposed to be new.... looked used.

My order came and it looked like it had been used. Parts were chipped and shredded... like sand paper had been used on it. Certain parts of the stand were worn down. It just wasn't in good (new) condition.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
