If the only option is a return or exchange, we will happily oblige. We provide return labels free of charge so that you don’t have to front the shipping costs. We are so confident in the quality of our product, that we will give you 125% of your original purchase amount if you experience any quality issues. This includes anything from ripped sheets to premature pilling to discoloration. This policy has been a part of the business model since we started; and to date, we have still never had to refund anyone 125% for quality reasons.

Upon request, you will be emailed a pre-paid FedEx domestic label to return the purchase directly to us.
