Rating + 1 Not good at much

Should have checked the reviews first. They shipped the package to a different state, then were not very responsive once I pointed out the mistake. They issued a refund without an explanation of why things went so poorly. Seems like shipping is a huge problem for this seller.
When I pointed out that they were not very responsive, they acted like they did not receive some of my inquiries. Pretty suspect at best.

Rating + 1 Long Delay In Shipping

Ordered a Wednesday... shipped the following Tuesday. That is 6 days later. Just to ship out. Unacceptable.

Add to that... when I sent a message via Newegg they never responded. Never. Not even after a follow up message was sent.

I spoke with the seller BEFORE I placed my order to confirm availability and to be sure it could ship immediately as I need it before the Labor Day weekend. Order processing on the Newegg side was a bit slow, but once completed the seller delivered the exact product on time as discussed. I highly recommend these people!

Rating + 1 Never received replacement; no responses to multiple inquiries!

Purchased an Airhead 120-V air pump. Received 10+ days after ordering. Pump would seize within 10 seconds of turning it on. Requested and received RMA number, and sent back for replacement. Weeks go by, no replacement sent. Inquired and "Klaus" indicated they had been out of stock, but would have one to send within 3 days. It has been 3 weeks since then, no replacement. Have reached out twice since, no response whatsoever. I am having to dispute this charge with my credit card company - thanks ePal! Avoid this seller!!!

I am satisfied with the product that I ordered. Shipping was slower than normal but I understand there has been problems with flights being cancelled. There was also a problem with the delivery date. The tracking number indicated that it was delivered on Saturday at 11:18. I got concerned look up the tracking again Wednesday evening and printed it off. I contacted the post office in my home town and the postmaster excuse was that the carrier delivered it and someone removed it. Will when I got home today the package was delivered today. Plus when I was eating supper the postmaster call me and ask if I got the package that put in today, I said yes but it was the package that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday, the postmaster would talk to the carrier again. But I am very happy with Newegg as they all have been a very easy to deal with. But I do work for the US Postal Service. I am not a carrier I am a automotive technician.

Rating + 3 Slow shipping

Was not delivered by promised date. Order sat in facility in Illinois for 4-5 days after (supposedly) being dropped off there. Delivery was days later than promised, but if that's not a concern then everything was fine.
Seller Response:The merchandise was shipped on April 5 and delivered April 11, you didn't pay for expedited shipping, the item was delivered within the regulad transit time for economy shipping

The picture on newegg didn't match the item shipped. Had to return the item for refund, paying for return shipping, Seller was very responsive and helpful.

    We want you to feel safe and secure when you shop with us. We will exchange defective items for up to 30 days after we ship the item with no restocking fee. After the 30 days you must go through the manufacturer.

    Please note: If there is a problem with your item please contact the manufacturer’s technical support before contacting us. In our experience they can solve most problems right over the phone.

    Non-defective items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee. All returns defective or exchange must be returned in their original undamaged box with all accessories and packing materials. We will not accept returns for units that have been installed, abused, or with the original UPC missing. Software, DVD’s, and cartography cannot be returned. If there is a part missing in the box the item can only be exchanged for the SAME item you purchased. All return shipping is paid for by the buyer, international customers have to pay for shipping both ways. Do not return merchandise without obtaining a Merchandise Return number or RA as the item will be returned to you.

    Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing or damaged items.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
