5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 1.) Quiet, don't know what some others are talking about this thing is whisper quiet.
2.) Cheap
3.) Great quality.
4.) Does a great job of cooling my Pentium G3258 even with overclocking by almost 30%.Have not seen it above 50 degrees Celsius. Stays mostly in the 20's and lower 30's

Cons: 1.) A little bit of a pain to install. But the directions are good and it was not that bad so I did not take off an egg.

4 out of 5 eggsAmazing but for one small problem

Pros: There are many pros to this product. It's quiet, and packs one hell of a punch.

The only time you hear this cooling anything is if the room is perfectly silent, and you are listening for it. Otherwise, it's inaudible.

I was also quite surprised with the power of the product, even with a Intel i5-4690K overclocked to 4.5GHz, temps stay around 30-35 idle, and around 80 when under full load tested by Prime95 Blend Test. This product is also surprisingly aesthetic, I find it looks amazing, so no complaints there.

Cons: Unfortunately, the H50 has one drawback, which prevents it from having five stars: It's too big.

Specifically, the radiator is about 5-10mm too large. It's unnoticeable, unless you attempt to fit another 120mm fan next to this one. The top of my case has 2x120mm slots, or 1x240mm slot. I attempted to have this, as well as a case fan exhausting air out of the case, but you can't fit two fans side by side with this radiator. The actual fan itself to this is 120mm, but I'd guess the radiator is about 130-145mm, making it impossible to fit another fan next to this one.

Other Thoughts: If it didn't have the size issue, I would absolutely buy this product again and recommend it to others. However, with the size issue in mind, I'd warn them away from it if they wanted more than one fan in their PC.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks fine but a pain to install

Pros: Great cooling
Generally quiet.

Cons: Definitely don't try installing with someone else to give you a hand.
holding the pump down on the chip, twisting it, and screwing it in can be a difficult job with only one person.

Other Thoughts: I'm ordering thermal paste because one of my cores isn't getting cooled properly (My own doing, not the cooler). All other cores were running at 35 under load and 22 at idle.

installed on an intel i5 4690k.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Cheap
- Did a great job of watercooling my HD6850
-was easy to install
- The fan that came with it was a fairly good fan, although it was noisy

Cons: -LOUD pump, I mean seriously obnoxious. I could hear it across the room with 4 other computers running
- Tubing was not very flexible and it kinked very easily.
- the fan that came with it was also pretty noisy...

Other Thoughts: I used this, along with the NZXT Kraken G10 GPU bracket to cool my HD6850, it really helped it out. I saw temps that were at least, -10C cooler which I think is phenomenal! I just grew tired of listening to super loud pump and fan when the GPU was under heavy load. I had the actual pump part put in to the Motherboard, and no matter where I set the power output to go from the Board, it was still loud. Loud, or off which obviously isn't good either. So I knocked off two eggs for all the cons simply because the noise of it all, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of watercooling something. But for it's price point, and unconventionality it is at least understandable. And I would recommend this product to my friends.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quiet, inexpensive, worked out of the box to cool my i7-4790. Was easy to install. Fluid pipes are quite flexible and strong. I installed the same H50 into my wife's computer, which has a large video card. Even though I had to route the cables around the card, I had no issues.

Cons: NA

5 out of 5 eggsFits 1150!

Pros: Keeps my cpu cool
easy installment

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: This does fit 1150 but the back-plate will be a little crooked you just have to match them up and it will fit just fine. Just try a little instead of giving up

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Cooler - IT DOES FIT 1150

Pros: Excellent Cooling - Runs CPU around 30c

Great Price

Fairly easy install - Line up and install rear bracket first.

Can't speak for its reliability yet, I was anxious to correct the many reviews complaining it doesn't fit when it fact it fits just fine.

Cons: Not very clear instructions - not too bad if you've installed water cooling before.

Other Thoughts: THIS DOES FIT SOCKET 1150

The back bracket does fit but you need to keep retrying to line up the holes and you will find the correct fitment!

Looking at the back of the motherboard with the bracket lined up with the wholes in general, you use the far right holes on the right side (top and bottom) and on the left use the far right holes again.

The people below simply gave up because you need to try a few times until it lines up perfectly. If you can't line it up, have someone else try.

No need to leave negative reviews for one's own inability to line it up.

1 out of 5 eggsNot For LGA 1150

Pros: Keeps the cpu cool, and make the case look pretty elegant.

Cons: It isn't meant for LGA 1150 without cutting some of the back bracket. and lining up the holes independently.
I don't know if its a miss label from newegg or Corsair but this isn't meant for a 1150 It should be updated also it shouldn't be included in a combo option with a processor of the lga 1150 socket type (how i bought it).

Other Thoughts: I really hate giving a 1 egg on products that are still good it deserves a 5 really but it is way too frustrating to have to pretty much mutilate a new product just to get it to work when it shows to be compatible on the site.
The reason i gave it a 1 egg is so this review will get noticed and hopefully the site or the product will get changed.

2 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for

Pros: Cooling performance was surprisingly good for the size and overall volume of this unit, but that was unfortunately short lived.

Cons: Bad pump...twice!

Other Thoughts: After a few weeks at stock clocks on my 4790K I noticed a slight noise every so often that progressively got louder and sounded like grinding bearings. I was able to isolate the problem to the internal pump unit, and after contacting Corsair they agreed to replace the unit. Just before I removed the cooler the pump completely failed on me, and I had to do an emergency shutdown and put my stock PofS on. Funny thing is up to that point in time I had never been through the pain and suffering that is stock i7 coolers... it still hurts. Anyway, I got my new one and installed it and all was well... until 3 days later that is. The same grinding noise started up on the second unit, and at that point I was ready to go with a different manufacturer. I called Corsair, and thankfully they were as helpful as they could be. Gave me a free upgrade to the H60, only catch was that they were out of stock and would be for a couple of weeks due to the west coast port strikes. So it was back to the pain of stock cooling for awhile, but I just got my H60 and so far all is well.
I have to hand it to Corsair, they make some pretty awesome stuff, and despite this little bump in the road I'm happy to say that I'll be looking to them in the future for more awesome components.

One last thing, if you took the time to read this whole thing then you are awesome!
