4 out of 5 eggsWorks for me

Pros: Fits extremely well in the ear, to the point where I can violently shake my head and it doesn't even come loose. Sound quality is good, could be better though. Works very well if you wear glasses.

Cons: Sometimes people struggle to understand me and I struggle to understand them.

Other Thoughts: I bought this as a replacement for the Jabra BT150 and Plantronics explorer 370. Both headsets simply wouldn't fit firmly on my ear since I have small ears. Also they didnt work well with glasses. This one fits very well, but the sound quality/lack of understanding is what brought it down one egg.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The earbud design is much easier to wear with glasses/sunglasses. Though I was first skeptical at the reception quality from such a small device, it has been crystal clear so far, with very minimal crackling. Also, people on the other side do not know you are on bluetooth whatsoever.

Comes with an intuitive storage case/charger

Cons: If you could call it a con, it takes a long time to actually turn the headset on and off (~6 sec holding the button down). Also, the earbud irritated the inside of my ear after the first several wears, but it did break in and the pain is gone now.

Other Thoughts: Compact size. Great price. Though I don't use the bluetooth enough to judge battery life, it's been very good so far...

Great buy

3 out of 5 eggssmall, comfortable, but the battery sucks

Pros: This is an earplug type, and it's smaller than it looks on the pictures. It fits in my ear well with the smallest plug. I'm afraid that it will fall out and feel uncomfortable at first, but later I realized it couldn't really fall out. And it gets more comfortable as I got confident with it.

Cons: The battery life is very short. The standby time is only 72 hours. I have two times unable to use it to answer a call because the battery ran out during the night on standby mode. This is really annoying when you want to answer a call and found that it is out of battery!

Other Thoughts: I wanted to return it, but it's on a non-refundable policy. I guess it's better to have your charging box ready all the time and charge it every night, so that you won't be bothered by this shortcoming.

4 out of 5 eggssweet little headset

Pros: Sending sound quatily is good. Recieving quality is decent. Light, comfortable, includes 3 ear inserts. Ear inserts provide decent sound deadening. Good button layout. Light is not annoying like on the wep210.

Cons: Its a bit sensitive to radio interference. In my house, I get a mild crackle sometimes because of my wifi. Not particularly annoying though.

Other Thoughts: I got this for 30 shipped. It's a pretty sweet headset. In my truck which is pretty noisey I can hear better than I could with my phone. It took me a moment to figure out how to work it ( i even read a few pages from the manual).

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Sound

Pros: This unit is very small. No more giant bug on your ear. It is an in the ear system so you don't need a lot of shielding. The sound is great on both sides of the call. In my car with the windows down I can hear very well and the person I am calling can hear me very well and with out the anoying echo, pops and speaker phone sounds so many of these devices make. I've had people ask me how I get along with out a bluetooth. they cant even tell that I use one.

Cons: No cons

Other Thoughts: Try one of these, you will like it.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks good, sounds good

Pros: 3 ear piece sizes. small. easily portable with small rechargeable case. long battery life. sound is loud and pretty clear on caller end. it's so light weight it FEELS like it can fall/pop off easily, but it's pretty snugged in. i'm not saying you can go run marathons with them, but you sure can jump around quite a bit with them on.

Cons: The cons are very minor:
*very small/short echo delay on callee end. but no one has complain about it being a problem.
*the one button redial can be annoying sometimes since this headset is so small you might accidentally press it when handling it. I advise keeping it in the case when not in use, especially in pocket pants.
*hold button about 5 sec to turn off/on... which seems like forever.

Other Thoughts: Previous reviewer must be reviewing the wrong item. Stays on ear fine, even when walking fast. There is no "ear loop" piece, so it's actually easier for people who wear glasses. You are better off buying a headset with a "ear loop" if your ears are so big that none of the 3 sizes fits your ear.

1 out of 5 eggsSmall, but not good enough

Pros: Small & Light, good battery life

Cons: Hard to adjust, no matter what you do it will never fit well. Spare ear plug is a useless. It does not stay on your ear, can even walk fast without this thing falls off from the ear. I have had several bluetooth ear piece but this one was the worst. Ear loop is flimsy. I don't know about sound quality cause it never stay on your ear long enough. MFB is a joke. Quick tab on the MFB should answer the call but mine keep denying the call. Took it back and bout a LG HBM730 and it made the world of difference. Even with glasses on it's very comfortable.

Other Thoughts: Stay away from this product if you wear glasses or if you have ear that samsung did not design for. For some people who left a high star, they must have a ear that Samsung made for. Mine sure are not. Oh yeah another thing, what's with that charging cradle deal? LG uses a same charger as my LG phone, why can Samsung make it same? I can charge my ear piece with my car charger if I need to now. There's a thought for ya, Samsung. Can you make a your product uses same charger? Why do we have to buy a new car charger every time we buy new Samsung phone or even other accessories?

2 out of 5 eggsClear But Uncomfortable

Pros: The sound quality on the WEP410 was outstanding, and the range was incredible. There were times that I wandered off and forgot I'd left my cell phone on my desk.

Cons: The physical housing it comes in is insufferable. I tried for hours to find a comfortable position but I could not. Simply put, the WEP410 is a very stylish black rectangle. Rectangles have 90 degree corners, and my ears do not. The back end of this thing dug into my ear no matter how I positioned it.

Other Thoughts: I tried very hard to like this product. And in terms of its raw performance, I did. It's the clearest, crispest bluetooth headset I've ever owned. But it left dents in my bloody ear, so back to the store it went, sadly.

4 out of 5 eggsGood enough, could have been better

Pros: It's small, fit's comfortably in your ear with three different size plug attachments, has crystal clear reception and very high quality transmit. NewEgg has it much cheaper than other locations.

Cons: If you accidently push the huge button on the side, it redials the last number called. Making this part of the design was straight stupid. The button is easy to mistakenly push. You have to hold the button for a couple seconds to turn unit off. With the button acting as a redial this isn't so easy. I put it back in the case to turn on/off.

Other Thoughts: I like the headset but wouldn't buy one that has the redial feature again. Samsung needs to at least give us a way to turn that feature off.
