5 out of 5 eggsTo buy or not to buy

Pros: About the Manufacturer:
The card is great. It doesn't take up too much space. It came with an adapter for power that changes the 6-pin into a dual Molex (3-pin adjusted). I didn't need it, but it seemed pretty smrt. The card isn't running hot at all. Of course, it is single, not SLI.
About NewEgg:
NewEgg's shipping and support for their products is always amazing.

Cons: No cons. Though in my own error, I really should get a DVI monitor. The stress on the video card using that adapter and hanging the cable off the back of it isn't good. Could end up breaking it. So if you get any DVI card, make sure you have or plan on getting a DVI monitor.

Other Thoughts: Haven't tried OC'ing the card yet. It runs WoW flawlessly on max settings with no heat. So it would surely run a more stressful game easily, especially in SLI. The card has a higher power requirement than I thought, but that's okay, my PSU can handle it.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Zalman heatsink that keeps the card cool unlike many other cards in this price range. Runs everything I've thrown at it on max settings flawlessly. It's shorter than nVidia reference design.

It's Gigabyte blue to match teh motherboard!

5 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Nice card for the money and if your on a budget. DDR3 and 1 Gig of mem.

Cons: Rebate is a pain, but its only 10 bucks.

Other Thoughts: Its not as big as some of the other boards and fit nicely into my Triton 180 case.

5 out of 5 eggsWorking great

Pros: This card is great. I have been playing newly released games with graphics set to the highest setting and have been getting excellent frame rates in all of them. It has a great big heatsink, copper cooling pipes and a large Zalman fan on it. This card give you a gig of video memory and doesnt take up tremendous room. It looks rather bulky, but you can still fit other devices in slots right next to it. Personally, I'd fit it at the bottom of everything because it's fan is directed straight down when installed in a board.

Cons: Nothing so far. It's not giving me any kind of problems or glitches.

Other Thoughts: I installed the drivers that are on the CD the card came with. Then later I tried to use the forceware drivers from Nvidia's website thinking those would be the most up to date ones. After restart the graphics went to the lowest setting and got stuck there. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the drivers it came with. Everything went back to normal after this.

3 out of 5 eggsWorked okay for a month

Pros: All in all, a good card for the price. I was able to do some pretty graphically intense apps at full settings with great framerates.

Cons: After a month, the computer completely shut down. Smelled burning. I took the cover off the computer and one of the chips on the video card was smoking and the housing for it had melted.

Other Thoughts: Thanks to Newegg's customer service, the card was returned and replaced.

5 out of 5 eggsREALLY nice !

Pros: Everything is slightly quicker ! Going on the internet, working with my digital pictures, or just blowing-up some bad guys in Command & Conquer, this is a wonderful video card for the money !
It idles at about 40c.

Cons: It takes up 2 slots.

Other Thoughts: The only games I play are Command & Conquer Generals. I got this card because my brand new computer locked-up solid playing this game. Even when I open a folder filled with my digital pictures, I can notice a difference!

The whole job went very smoothly. I have XP Pro, an AMD dual core 3.1 Gig CPU, ASUS M3N78 PRO motherboard, Seagate 500gb. harddrive, an NZXT Tempest case, and some other stuff.

I thank you, Newegg. And I thank Gigabyte, for a wonderful video card at an affordable price.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Xmas Present

Pros: 1. Stays Very Cool
2. Able to OC with built in tool EASILY to 750 clock
3. 1 GIG Ram allows for longer life (future games will need more)
4. SLI will make this card better than a 260.

Cons: 1. Runs hot when overvolted (runs fine no overvolting).
2. Not a 2xx series.

Other Thoughts: GOOD card for the money ESPECIALLY if you plan to SLI.

Will follow up with another review soon after SLI.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Preforms much better than expected.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: For those that have just purchased the card, many games will auto-configure your video settings using the model name of your card. I noticed in Call of Duty 4 I was getting well over 100 FPS, so I bumped up the settings.
