Pros: Just removed my CPU the other day after having it in for over 4 years. The compound had spread evenly and had not dried out at all. CPU Temps with an Arctic cooling Freezer 64, CPU fan set at 8, were around 32C. Highly recommend.
Other Thoughts: Used it 4x now and had no issues at all>. Follow the manufacturers directions and don;'t over apply.

Pros: GREAT Performance! 1-2°C drop in Idle temp, not bad. It's the load temps which are truly impressive: 4-5°C reduction in CPU temp during normal usage! My "normal usage" is browsing with Mozilla Firefox (w/ 3-6 tabs open simultaneously) while jamming music using Jet Audio Player. 20-23°C Averages across 4 cores. Gaming (Very High or Ultra settings) also impressive hitting 32°C MAX!!
Cons: None. Really, none.
Other Thoughts: I not only recommend it, I boasted to my friends about it! Spread some compound on the cooler's base plate before putting it on the CPU for best results.

Pros: Is there any other compound that actually works this well? Probably not! I've used some of the cheaper brands with builds in the past and nothing measure up to the heat transfer you will get from using Arctic Silver, nothing.
Other Thoughts: I highly recommend Arctic Silver Arcticlean Thermal material Remover & Surface Purifier for cleaning your processor/heatsink if you're upgrading, or even for a new build.
