Cons: - Use caution when putting the wire guide on your wires. Move the guide all the way down, as far as it can go, towards the cable jacket. Then cut the wires flush with the wire guide. If you don't do this, your wire guide won't go into the connector all the way and the connector pins won't pinch the wires properly when crimped. - I don't care for the offset height between the wires, I'm used to a straight line instead of the staggered design used here. - Please stop calling these RJ45 connectors - they're 8P8C connectors. RJ45 isn't used for Ethernet.

Pros: -Cat 6 to every port -Well made -Color coding on the back to easily reference A or B style cables -The right price
Cons: -Can't think of anything honestly
Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and once our network grows larger than the one we purchased already, I'll definitely get another. I also will be purchasing one for my house when I finish wiring that network too!
