3 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for.

Pros: When plugged my computer recognizes it right away which is a start. Works most of the time like its suppose to.

Cons: Controller feels cheap. The d-pad is the worst part of the controller, reason is it cant recognize diagonal directions. I had to button smash to get it to go to down forward diagonal. For the same price I couldve got me a used oem 360 controller at gamestop.

Other Thoughts: Lesson learned.

1 out of 5 eggsDefective out of the box

Pros: PC recognizes controller, which is more than i can say for the controller this one was to replace, even tho i got double charged by newegg due to my info not being up to date on the site, it was an automatic refund (after a few business days of course) so it was nice not having to go through any headaches with that

Cons: First the box it came in was already tore in places and dented/mashed, although that i could deal with as being handling from shipping, the dents at least, since it came from china.

Second, the right trigger was either misaligned or something because it felt a bit harder to press than the left, and when you use it alot it would add to the wear and tear if you have to press harder just to register

Third, and most important, left d-pad flat out didnt work most of the time, seemed like the rubber sensor pad on the inside might of been out of place? because i could roll the d-pad in a 360 an get it to work half the time, but just hitting right then left, it would take upwards of 15 presses to register that i hit left even once

Other Thoughts: other than those things the controller works as intended, but when you pay for a controller, you expect to have a fully functional controller

5 out of 5 eggsPC Gaming Elevated

Pros: Debated about getting this at first, but now I almost hate when I have to play a game that doesn't support it. Works exactly they way you would expect, and was a seamless install.

Cons: None. Go get one NOW! (or even two)

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Only pro is it seems to be easy to return/refund.

Cons: Straight out of the box - I ordered 3 - the first the D-Pad and lower right trigger didn't function/register well. The lower right trigger button acts like there is something logged behind it. I opened the second, and third - both D-Pads were junk. I read reviews that the D-Pads weren't good, but all 3 controllers' D-Pads only register 50% of the key presses, if you intend to use the D-Pads whatsoever, find a different one.

5 out of 5 eggsGood quality

Pros: There's not much to say about it. It's a wired xbox 360 controller. It works flawlessly without any additional configuration on Windows 7, 8, and 10. It makes gaming on a PC with traditionally console games (like Skyrim and Saint Row) comfortable and enjoyable. The build quality is good. Microsoft knows how their gamers like to abuse devices. I bought the 3 year accidental protection anyway, but I've had one for a few years now that still works great despite travelling all over the world map with me. I bought this one to keep on my desktop at home.

Cons: I really can't think of any. If you like the Xbox style controller, then this is the one you want.

2 out of 5 eggsKeys Stick

Pros: Looks good and most functions are average.

Cons: The "B" and "X" buttons were sloppy and hard to activate right out of the box. Changing from standing, crouching, prone position was pretty much a matter of luck.

Other Thoughts: Possible that this is just a bad controller - overall the controller is easy to install and use, if the two buttons mentioned above had worked correctly it would have been a keeper.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat that it's standard

Pros: It's great to have a default for most PC games to hook into. The quality of construction from the console design is obvious. The thumb stick rubber, in particular, has lasted a very significant amount of time. Really does fit certain genres better than a keyboard. Just a good investment overall.

Cons: The D-pad could really use an upgrade. Annoying trying to set up sensitivity and control mapping in titles that don't have the support native. Can't change from the default setup, maybe two or three alternatives if you're lucky, depending on the game's support. Not especially portable for those who game on a small laptop, tablet, or convertible.

Other Thoughts: Many PC ports still can't figure out decent Keyboard and Mouse controls, even just in menus.
