2 out of 5 eggsGreat. . .when it works.

Pros: Great feel, well built (mostly), looks great.

Cons: Middle button functionality just doesn't cut it. The contacts in the mouse don't appear to be designed with longevity in mind. Returned the first mouse under warranty when it went out. The second mouse has now lost it as well. Not going to bother returning it. Would not recommend.

1 out of 5 eggsUpdate: Only good for a year.

Pros: Overall it is a good mouse, it's very comfortable and the DPI settings are nice. It was fantastic for the first year that I had it.

Cons: The right-click button started having problems about a year after I got it, when clicking it gets stuck and does not come back up immediately. I've now had it for almost a year and a half and the back button started having issues about 2 weeks ago, when pressing it it feels like it's rattling, almost like it's about to fall apart, and occasionally it doesn't even do anything when pressing, it does not send the page back. The scroll wheel works well, but occasionally it will start squeaking pretty bad.

Update: 3 weeks later the back button is almost useless, very hard to press and it gets stuck at the down position, if I press a few times in a row too quickly it won't come back up without wiggling it.

Other Thoughts: It was great for a year, then it started having issues. A $60 mouse should last a lot longer than a year without having problems.

5 out of 5 eggsI gave this two stars originally for dying prematurely

Pros: Feels solid and good in the hand. Programmable with on the fly dpi changing. The scroll wheel feels good. I would have given 4 stars due to the whole "reset" thing that I had to do. Hopefully this will counteract the 2 stars that I gave on the first review due to assuming that it was completely broken.

Cons: Needed to be "reset" after 4 months. The buttons just quit working and the lights stayed solid without moving during attempts to change dpi. I went through the process to send back when I got it working again due to a message that I got from the company prior to sending back.

Other Thoughts: This was from the company and it worked. Reconnect the mouse, press down both left and right buttons when you plug it in. Flash the firmware, make sure you disable USB selective suspend (found in the Power Options of Control Panel, Advanced Power settings) before performing the firmware update.

2 out of 5 eggsCorsair M65 worked for 4 months

Pros: Good and solid feel with weights locked in, many programming options. Changing DPI on the fly is nice with first person shooters.

Cons: Software not very intuitive. Died after 4 months. Lights just stay on, but buttons do not work. Pointer moves as it should.

Other Thoughts: Attempting to get replaced through corsair. Not the easiest process, but is as expected with returning products online.

1 out of 5 eggsLooked nice, until I clicked

Pros: Looks are nice, felt good..

Cons: Well lets see, the whole left side of the mouse appears to be busted, the top left weight constantly falls out, I CANNOT left click it will not work, I litterly plugged it in to check to see if it worked left clicked once and now it won't work anymoreWas so excited to have a new mouse and well now I'm just very unhappy.

5 out of 5 eggsPreforms well, makes you forget how to even approach other mice.

Pros: High DPI

A long, braided cable that capable of reaching any port required

An aluminum Body that houses an LED light that gives the mouse some personality

A stern yet quick moving scroll wheel

Quiet clicks, with mouse buttons that are a continuous piece of plastic so as not to disturb the look of the mouse

The sniper button is functional and works as soon as the drivers are installed by windows

The back and forward buttons on the side of the mouse are solid and do not seem to be something that would break over a short period of time

The adjustable sensitivity is quick acting and comes in three settings

The buttons for the adjustable sensitivity seem sturdy

Cons: The weights in the bottom of the mouse are easy to loose (This is less of a problem with the product more of a personal quirk)

The software on corsairs website hasn't recognised my mouse even once so I have no impression on its functionality

The plastic around the aluminum body isn't fully connected and makes it so that if you have a heavy palm grip or like to rest your hand on the mouse that it will become uncomfterable

The sniper button needs to decide if its going to be near the thumb or away from it

Other Thoughts: Worth the money but not if you have a heavy palm grip

3 out of 5 eggsGood for about a year.

2 out of 5 eggsAMAZING - but broke after short amount of time.

Pros: -Incredibly precise.
-just heavy enough for me.
-perfect fit for my hands.
-quickly adjustable DPI buttons for switching between games and not needing to open up software to change it.
-very comfortable to use and play with.
-Cool lights!!!

Cons: Loved everything about this mouse, was the first real gaming mouse that I owned, and has served me through MANY hours of Extensive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive which is what I bought the mouse specifically for. Sadly though after about 5 months of ownership suddenly and randomly the mouse fails and I find I cannot use it until I unplug and plug it back in, this is a minor annoyance since it has gotten me killed many times but it is an easy fix. But last week I noticed that the mouse's DPI also randomly spikes and when I want a slow smooth turn I might just completely flick to the ground and lose a firefight for it. Since then I have resorted to using the mouse that came with my PC which is a lot less comfortable to me. I cannot recommend this mouse to somebody because I fear they would also have to buy a new one after such a short amount of time. I have tried many times to fix this DPI problem such as uninstalling the software and installing it again but i fear it may be a hardware problem.

Other Thoughts: Look out for Software, not the best or worst, but does it;s job so I cant complain.
