Standard Return Policy
Changed your mind? We don't mind! If, within 60 days, you decide that you need to return the merchandise back to our warehouse, we will gladly take it back "No Questions Asked." We will even send you a free return UPS Ground label upon your return request!* Simply e-mail Returns@iCanvasART.com with your order number and details regarding your return. We will send an e-mail reply back with your pre-paid return label which will already contain your Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number on it. Then, simply send back your art piece in its original condition and packaging with the return label attached, and we will process your return/exchange. Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Return cost will only be refunded via return label; financial refund for return shipping will not be issued. The account that was originally used to purchase the product will be credited within 3-5 days after the product has been received and inspected.
Simply indicate in your e-mail what product you would like to exchange your item for, and we will ship it to you 3-5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspect. If the exchanged product is of a different value than the returned product, your account will be charged/credited with the difference within 3-5 business days.
To Change an Order:
If you would like to change your order once it has been submitted, all you need to do is contact us immediately and we will work with you to change your order before it is shipped. If your art piece has already been shipped, please see our Returns and Exchanges section.
