This was a good idea, but made noise that prevented me from using it when talking to other people. It was clear sounding to me but the mic had problems.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be a 3-pack, but there was only one included in the package. Several attempts to contact the seller have gone completely ignored.
These guys ripped me off, plain and simple. Caveat Emptor! Buy from anyone else...

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SELLER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered iphone car chargers with detachable data cables and what I received was just 3 data cables that do not support charging function. I contacted iGearUSA.com through Newegg's message function a week ago and still haven't received a reply.

Frustrating- wrong item shipped, and you have to go through many hoops (very quickly!), including faxing (?) to get a refund. I should have read the reviews on this Marketplace Seller before purchasing. However, I re-ordered the item I wanted, so we'll see. Disappointing experience.
However, not all bad- will say items (I purchased 5 in one order) shipped quickly and arrived well- undamaged (a surprise, considering the packaging). Just not all what I ordered...

I did not receive both holster cases in my order. Customer Service is not timely. Their phone number is useless..takes you to voicemail and they responded to my email after 48 hours. NewEgg had to contact them on my behalf. I received the rest of my order a week later. Product is fine but I expect better service/communication.
