Rating + 1 broken product, and then, broken replacement.

I bought a La Crosse Technology WS-811561-W atomic digital wall clock. I received the the clock in a simple bubble wrap envelope, which seemed insufficient for a large wall clock. The screen did not work right. It flickered on and off. I did an RMA and had to pay return shipping myself. I told them they could refund or replace the item. They said they would refund it, so I bought another from a different seller. They changed their mind and replaced it. I like the clock, so I decided to let it slide and keep this replacement clock as a second clock. However, this second replacement clock is also broken. The plus button doesn't work so I can't get it off of the default time zone. The same clock sold direct by newegg works perfect.

Ordered 3000 Page Xerox Toner kit from seller via NewEgg.
Item shipped late and was wrong.
Parts received were a 1500 Page Xerox toner kit.
At present awaiting proper replacement.

Sent defective card, did not respond to email until Newegg intervened, and I'm still waiting for an RMA and return label 10 days later. Absolutely no way I will buy from this vendor again

Rating + 1 Item back ordered, but no communications at all

Ordered a battery charger which was supposed to arrive in a week. Within a day I received an email to say that the item is shipped. After a week, the item hadn't arrived, and the tracking number was found to be faulty. Repeated emails were not responded to, and when I finally got hold of someone to talk to on the phone, I was told that the item is actually back-ordered. I have now canceled the item - shall see how long it takes for the refund to be processed!

Clearly at this time of the year the human workers are overwhelmed. But the computer system somehow conspired to make up a fake tracking number, and change the order status to "shipped". That's mind-boggling to me.

This is my first in-ear headset. It is extremely light, very secure and comfortable. Shipping was quick. I wasn't sure, from the item description, if it came with a case or not. It did not. That should have been made clear, but at this price, I did not expect a case and really do not want one.
After using the headset for a few days, I find that it works well. I am pleased with this purchase.

Absolutely incredible deal and product.
Have had for 6 months and it is flawless.
The voice command option is great.
Even though this was a refurbished GPS, it is perfectly packaged like new and no problems.
I will always look at Newegg for these type of deals and never had a problem with them.
Even the delivery was was fast.
