Rating + 1 Not happy with seller.

I needed to replace my cooling fan in my laptop. I have used Newegg in the past, love the company. I incorrectly ordered 2 fans, needing only one. I notified Newegg, they sent the seller an email telling them to cancel one of the second fans. I was billed for 2 and 2 were shipped. Newegg had to manually refund my debit card the cost of one fan, as the seller ignored the email. Was not happy with the seller of fan, but Newegg went out of their way to correct my mistake. I wanted to send 2nd fan back to seller, but he wanted me to pay for shipping. Needless to say, 2nd fan was never returned. Will use Newegg in the future, but no the seller.
Seller Response:How could you say that? Why do we pay for your mistake? It's a successful deal, first we need pay the Newegg about 4$, the item is free shipping ,we paid 5$ postage to send the item for you. When you wanted to return one,we also agree to refund it and only need you returned it by yourself without restocking fee!! But you told us to pay your returned fee about 5$. How much shall we pay for your mistake? About 14$ and refund you 15.99$. The 2 items are total 32$,Unbelievable! It's really really disgusting!We also never welcome you!

    (2)Please provide your name, email address, invoice number or sales order number when you submit return inquiry.
    (3)After our Customer Service Representatives verify your order information, you will be given an RMA number and seller store name for your return. Please mark "Newegg + Store Name + RMA#(we offer to you)¡±outside of the return package as it will be our reference during receiving. Please provide similar packaging method for returns as they were delivered to you.
    (4)Re-using the original package is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition. Any previous addresses, tracking information and labels must be removed. You can select the same carrier when original orders were placed (e.g. USPS or UPS).
    (5)If you were NOT satisfied with our RMA handling, please send us the dispute to with email title "seller store name + DISPUTE". We will handle the dispute with Newegg.
