DiNovo Bluetooth
Pros: Awesome. Never a problem, had this product nearly 2 yrs, heavy use all keys work and none have never popped off. Plays World of Warcraft among other games wonderfully. Awesome battery life in keyboard and media pad, but not mouse. The BlueTooth works flawlessly.
Cons: Mouse battery life is about 2-3 days with moderate usage. I use a wired mouse instead. Even with 2200MAh batteries battery life is still short. Charger wont charge batteries in mouse higher than 1800MAh fully.
Other Thoughts: If not for the mouse, i woulda given it a 5-egg. Everything else is awesome.

I've had 2 for a year now
Pros: All the keys are there All the keys are in the normal place The keys -feel- great, NOT like a cheap 10 dollar keyboard Range is 20-30 feet or so
Cons: **EXPENSIVE * It's apparently being replaced with a diff. keyboard where the keys AREN'T in the right place:
Other Thoughts: Get them before they're replaced by that other awful keyboard.

Don't be seduced........
Pros: Don't be seduced by this products beautiful aesthetic appearance. It is so beautiful that every keyboard SHOULD look like this
Cons: Build quality is so far below my expectations for this price that I felt like a fool for buying it. I have keys fly off, stop functioning - just avoid it. I should have listened to what my mother said about pretty faces.

Excellent!
Pros: Everything is great about this keyboard and mouse, I notice not lag on gaming with my tons of call of duty experience. Very nice set, nice clock on the smaller board too for when I am in a game.
Cons: Logitech is great but one bad thing that did happen to me was the little rubber stoppers on the bottom of the big keyboard, one of them fell off (its the thing that keeps the keyboard from sliding on the desk) I just put some crazy glue on it and stuck it back on there. Nothing at all to be alarmed about. This set is awesome!

I Like It
Pros: Excellent quality, i.e., I disagree strongly with some of the comments here. I think the build quality is superb, including the mouse. I have zero connectivity issues, no delays, no mouse pointer "drift", etc. Worked flawlessly from the start.
Cons: No dedicated edit keys on the keyboard (copy, paste, etc.). Install ran a LONG time, though without any problem.
Other Thoughts: Bluetooth seems overkill for a wireless keyboard/mouse. I just love the look and feel of this combo, however.

Poor construction
Pros: This is a beautiful keyboard, and it goes very well with my particular setup as far as asthetics are conserned. I also like the split number keypad and keyboard.
Cons: Problem 1) The construction of this keyboard is pretty poor, especially for the price. I have had a few keys go bad on me, especially the left ctrl button. I had the keyboard replaced via warrenty and the exact same ctrl key went bad again. It wasn't broke but I had to open up the keyboard and tinker with it to get it to work. Problem 2) The Mx900 mouse that came along with this was a real disapointment. Compared to the Mx700 and Mx1000 mouse I have, the battery life is horible Problem 3) The bluetooth integration is particulary annoying for me. I dual boot into Linux, and everytime I come back to windows I have to deal with the bluetooth recognising the mouse and keyboard again. There has also times when I'm having problems with windows and need to plug in a regular keyboard to fix it.
Other Thoughts: While this is a nice looking keyboard, the other aspects of it in no way justify the price, atleast for me.

Luv it all
Comments: I broke down and spent the money on this set. It has been great. Connects all Bluetooth Items I own. Very easy to type with and very very convient with media pad. I wish it locked on the the keyboard though. I have always owned the wireless since it came out with a charger but, this is just to good. I have had a few troubles with the gaming on it but, it is great for tv stuff and surphing internet. I have everything hooked up through my big screen and it is great for that. If you are a pure gamer this is not the mest set other then the mouse. If you are now though, you are well off getting this set.

Piece of art
Comments: The Dinovo truly is a piece of art with a sleek and elegant design. The keys on the keyboard are soft and quiet and the mouse is very responsive. I particularly like the design of the mouse, as it seems molded for my hand. The Media pad is a nice touch if you like to play music or watch videos from your computer- you will love the remote control functionality of the Media pad
I find it interesting that people are unable to access the BIOS with this keyboard, as I just built a new system and was able to access the BIOS without a problem. Maybe it is a motherboard compatibility issue.
I also use the Dinovo for gaming and have had no problems what so ever. The keyboard and mouse appear to be very responsive in both first person shooters and strategy games.
The only complaint for me is that the Media pad died on me last week and I had to send the whole thing back (keyboard and mouse included). I'm currently going through Dinovo withdrawals and am finding it difficult using a standard mouse and keyboard.
I would highly recommend the Dinovo to anyone looking to enhance his or her computing experience, whether it is for gaming or business use.

not so great, def. not for gamers.
Comments: if youve ever needed to go into your BIOS, youll know why this keyboard doesnt cut it.
pros: great look, very nice media pad and the range over wireless is uncomparable....once its all loaded and working.
cons: the drivers for the blue tooth dont load until after windows starts, so trying to use it in your BIOS is right on the brink of impossible. only got it to work once, but i think that was a fluke itself. the delay time is a bit annoying and i dont personally like the laptop style keyboard. i would rate the battery life in minutes, not hours. if you dont put it on charge after every use, youll find yourself without a mouse for a while until it charges again...not something you want to happen in the middle of a fire fight.
i sold mine to my roommate who just needed something quick, and went back to my old logitech wireless.

eh...
Comments: I bought this laptop along with a new computer that came out to about $4000... was to be the best possible machine you can buy and overall i am rather disappointed. as far as the mouse goes, the mouse4, mouse5, and those other buttons don't work on games like world of warcraft. just the scroll wheel and the left and right buttons. then the space bar on the keyboard suddenly got a little less "clicky" and when i would hit it started to not react so i had to hit it a bit harder. eventually i figured that something must be under there that is softening the impact with the key to the actual trigger that tells the computer it has been pressed, perhaps some hair (dog hair sometimes gets in the keyboard), but there was not a sufficient amount in there to cause this. after i gave it a thorough clean i tried putting it back on and this is where it drove me crazy. unlike the other keys, there are 3 little pegs it must click to and attaching these 3, if not 1, seems almost impossible. i tried for an hour+ and got extremely frustrated. the other keys can probably reattach with ease, but this space bar is driving me crazy! going to send it back shortly to get one with a working space bar, but someone must think of a way to reattach these keys easier... i had the same problem with my laptop keyboard but was able to get that one working again.

great keyboard! but expensive.
Comments: this is a great keyboard, but not a good news for tight budget people. a person right below me mentioned that it has a delay input, and i disagree. if you follow the instruction, "you WILL not experience delay input". if you not follow the instruction, and try to connect the device to the hub by "NOT" pressing connect button in the order or just type something on your keyboard and make it to connect by itself. there are three things i didn't like about. 1. Price $xxx is a bit much for a keyboard set. else where they are selling it for $xxx well newegg sells things cheaper. 2. if you have a MX1000 laser mouse, you will have to have two separate receivers. one for dinovo set and for your mx1000. since mx1000 doesn't use a bluetooth. 3. other logitech keyboards, for example, elite keyboard has more extra programmable buttons than logitech newest and more expensive product. this is something i don't understand. overall it's a stylish, slim, mx900 mouse, media remote, and bluetooth technology, this is a great keyboard. if you are looking for a something more budget keyboard set, this is not one for you.

Don't Waste Your Money
Comments: I purchased this set about 6 months ago and it's been the worst keyboard/mouse I've owned. The keyboard missed keystrokes, delayed input, the bluetooth is horribly implemented (bluetooth 1.1) and the whole set up is just a waste. I've given up and bought the Logitech Ultra X from this site... same style keyboard, but wired, for about 1/10th of the price... combined with a different (non-bluetooth) Logitech mouse and I'm 100% happier.
DON'T BUY THIS... it's overpriced garbage.

Myths about this Keyboard
Comments: OK I have owned this Keyboard and mouse for the last year and I absolutely love them. A couple of the reviews show me either the person does not own this keyboard or they just have not taken the time to learn it. One review says there is no NUMBERS LOCK key on the keyboard. Your right its on the media pad. All you have to do it push the button that says 1 2 3... another reviews says there is not scroll lock so the media pad will not work in games. This to is not true. On the media pad there is a button that says "NAV" its your scroll lock and yes this keyboard and media pad have work in every game I have played. As far as performance of this keyboard the only issue I think should be worked on with this keyboard is the boot up time as it does take about 10 seconds to initialize the keyboard and mouse during bootup.

Great if you have a long warranty
Comments: My dad owns this keyboard (and has told me all about his experience with it so I am very able to write a review) and it has broken 3 times. Thats right, had to have it replaced 3 times. He absolutly loves the wireless, and loves the keyboard for its short keystrokes, smoothness, and extremely compact size. Unfortunatly this keyboard EATS batteries and breaks after a good bit of use. He has had to have it replaced 3 times now and its really getting ridiculous. The only reason he has bothered with it is because he likes the keyboard's features and its compactness so much. He promises he isn't getting another if this one breaks. Its a good keyboard but EXPECT THIS THING TO BREAK.

Awsome
Comments: Don’t put together a nice system and go cheap on the accessories! This is without a question the best wireless mouse/keyboard solution out there. I've been using my diNovo setup for almost 2 years and it has yet to give me a problem. Don't worry about going through batteries, the mouse recharges on the dock and they keyboard and media pad only need to be replaced every 5-6 months (with heavy use). The keyboard has a nice feel to it; the keys have a “crisp” feel to them. The range is AMAZING!! (thanks to Bluetooth) The signal goes through walls, floors, ceilings, you name it. I would without a question buy it again, it’s WELL worth the money. It gives your computer that extra touch to set it apart from every other set up out there. Makes your whole desk look “cleaner”

Great Purchase!
Comments: I've had this setup for about 3 months now and have had absolutely no problem with it. It did just fine with gaming and of course it's great to have the bluetooth hub to hook up more periferals (I have a bt cellphone and pda along with another pc with bluetooth. It's nice to sync wirelessly).
I'd recommend this to anyone who can afford it. Be sure to get the latest drivers from the website just like any piece of hardware you buy.
BTW: I'm not sure why people complain about the 5-10 second delay in keyboard bootup. It loads while the startup apps are loading. If you can't wait that long lay off the bawls and take a deep breath. Battlefield 2 can wait just a few seconds.

Executive Look for business
Comments: I ordered this keyboard and mouse set for a client who wanted a nice clean looking keyboard and mouse set... Only down side is the user is NOT a small man and had issues with the keyboard size. Keyboard is about similar to a standard laptop keyboard. There is no real "NumLock" button which can be a problem for gamers. Over all I'd say perfect for business users, not so hot gamers or power users.

Looks great but...
Comments: I had it a week and I really wanted to like it. I was even willing to put up with the delay in recognition of the devices at boot-up and log-on and short battery life of the rechargeable mouse. The keyboard is essentially an expanded laptop keyboard. The keys sit level with the keyboard's frame and have to be depressed below the surface. They have a short stroke range (like a laptop) so some may not like that. The keys are big and flat which, to me, gave them a wobbly feel (if I didn't hit the center of the key). There was also an occasional clickety or crunchy feel on random keys (as if a rice crispy lodged itself under a key and got crunched but miraculously reconstituted and moved under a different key. In the end, I disliked it so much that I sacrificed the shipping and restocking fee to return it. I can't put all the details here so I'll just advise people to look up other reviews (outside of newegg) before purchasing. There seems to be a consistent discussion about a 'feature' associated with certain keys. In mine, it was the space-bar.
I am now happily using a wired lxxx-xn keybaord and logitech cordless optical trackman trackball (both from newegg - the really are great).

scroll lock can be programmed
Comments: I wrote a review last night (don't see it yet) that said the scoll lock was the Pause Break. I had forgotten that I reprogrammed the Pause Break to be scroll lock with Setpoint. Any key can be re-programmed to something else with Setpoint. So while there isn't one to begin with, it can be re-programmed.

Best Keyboard Availiable
Comments: This is the best keyboard out there. If you already have bluetooth, you dont even need the hub to use the mouse and keyboad (although it is good to have it plugged in somewhere to charge the mouse.) The mouse is the same dimensions as the MX700, and the charger works as well. A plus for me. Also note, it DOES have a scroll lock, it is just lable "Pause Break" as it is now often being labeled on many notebooks. Go figure, this is more or less a notebook keyboard for your PC.
Also, the keyboard is narrow & thin enough it fits in my very tight fitting case for a 17" notebook (sager 9860).
Is it worth the high cost? Thats a tough one. I bought one for my notebook and am deliberating on swapping the office keyboard for one. It is not an obvious immediate choice. I guess I'd say if you spent more than $1500 on your pc than probably, but if you are running a $500 emachine - no.

Great keyboard! No scroll-lock though
Comments: Love this keyboard! The setup was very simple and the style is unlike any other keyboard on the market. I've always been used to the flat keys on my laptop and am glad to see they I can now have them on my pc. One thing to know however is that this keyboard does NOT include a scroll-lock button! For most users this means nothing but for anyone using a KVM switch to switch between multiple computers, this sucks! All in all it's well worth the $ newegg is selling it for.

next time please adhere to established standards, logitech
Comments: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
absolutely the only problem i have with this keyboard is the layout of keys themselves. the Insert and delete keys are not in their usual positions, nor are the buttons on the keypad.
i love everything about this keyboard, but standards exist for a reason. anyone accustomed to specific keystroke routines is likely to be aggravated with this keyboard's layout.

Great product, a few flaws
Comments: Great product overall! There is a lot of range, the display on the mediapad is really useful. The mediapad also beeps when new notifications (emails, IMs) come in. The buttons and keys have extremely excellent tactical feel, and the flat design makes my wrists very happy. However, there are some problems, but all of them are software-related. First, the music information display isn't really customizable, as far as I have seen. It only works with a select few (albeit commonly used) media players, but it doesn't work with the one I used - foobar2000. I was fine with switching to WinAmp though. A final nitpick is that the instant messenger only works with MSN messenger. It doesn't work with Trillian. These issues are with the features of the most current software (not the one included in the box! upgrade as soon as you install the keyboard!). If Logitech had included a better software suite, though, I would give it six stars if i could.

True PnP. Logitech gets another gold.
Comments: I just bought this item today for my family and it works right out of the box. Plug and play. Beautiful keyboard. makes me want to come back just to write my stuff on this computer. The separate keypad is really functional and I miss it on my other PCs now. Definitely recommend it and only from Newegg.

Comments: The keyboard design is handsome except for the contrast between the white numbers and the black board. The white letters and numbers should be bolder, larger and much more visible as on the IBM laptop that I use for portability. The Logitech nevertheless looks very rich and well worth the premium price. It took a while to get the mouse to run but, once it began, it moved with exuberance.

Keybord Quirks
Comments: I like it, I really do, but I have four(4) problems:
1) I can't use the media pad as a normal directional pad in games-- since it's the numpad, so long as the num-lock is off, it should move the models in FPS games back and forth, to and fro, but in games it simply doesn't do anything/is not recognized.
2) I used to be able to boot from typing in a password on the KB. Even though this baby uses the ps/2 port, and it DOES allow you to navigate in bios before windows loads, I can't get the computer to boot off of it, which hampers security. I'm forced to hit the button on the tower!
3) The MX900 is actually smoother than the MX700 in normal applications, in games however, it seems just a bit more, well, staccato. that might just be my experience.
4) The charging cradle is backwards compatible w/ the MX700, but sadly NOT the MX1000, so if you wanna upgrade your mouse, like I do, you've got to either have an extra device (the cradles of both mice, since the KB needs the MX900 cradle as a BT hub) OR you need to forsake the whole setup.
In the end, I LOVE the media pad's navigation of media, the controls work for the first open media player you have up-- winamp, classisc media player, anything. The app doesn't even have to be in focus for you to use the media navigation keys. The range is pretty fabulous as well...the mouse and media pad have basically made my ATi Remote Wonder obsolete.
The quality of the components is very, very nice as well.
Minus the 4 probs mentioned above, this is a great product.

good range
Comments: I was playing with one of these at work today and wanted to check the range. I sent an intern to the back of the store while pushing the windows key on the keypad. He got all the way to the back (about 100 feet) with a wall in between and the windows menu was still popping up and down. I was VERY impressed.

Comments: I just got my set this afternoon. I really like the hardware aspect of this set and have not had issues with the software either. The sleek design and nice mouse really complement each other to make a great wireless duo (trio if you count the media pad). Another plus to this set is the incredible range of the bluetooth. Finally I can surf the web and game on my bigscreen from my couch:-)

Good concept.Lexus quality.Typical poor Logitech software
Comments: With much anticipation, I ordered and received one of these $206.00 dollar keyboard/mouse combos. Now it is going back. The reviews I read elsewhere on the Web are legit in that Logitech simply lacks the proper software support for their products. Setup was OK at best on my system. The problem arises when I reboot to my other partition with another XP Pro installation on it. The mouse works, but the keyboard and mdeia pad must be reaquired each time which takes up to 10 minutes. I downloaded the latest drivers and support from Logitech was ,"they are working on it". Now for this much money I would expect that they would have ALREADY worked on it. It is going back today. Sad as the quality is on par with a Lexus, but sadly it has the performance of a Chevy.

Hardware is a plus...software a bust
Comments: Logitech (to me) has always built a rock solid product. I sorta think of Logitech as a bunch of computer geeks that have a passion to build the best product hands down. The hardware by far is superior to any keyboard/mounse combination on the planet, but who the XXX is in charge of the software at Logitec? Did you hire some college grads from Cal State? The software almost runis the product entirely. It takes up to 10 seconds to initialize the keyboard and mouse after windows boots, so the delay is bad if you are impatient. There has been numerous times when the keyboard and mouse failed to initilize with the bluetooth hub (this happens with the mouse frequently)and you have to reinitialize the mouse/keyboard with the base. I uploaded the latest patch from Logitech that is suppose to fix the issue...no go guys. Your patch didnt fix it.
The media pad is cool, but like most people have posted, it woudl be nice to reconfigure it to do more than support WMP. Battery life is the best by far...I am truly impressed. If Logitech can work the bugs out, this would be the best keyboard/mouse package by far. But the software weakness ruins it. If you get it...prepare to be patient or steer clear. I expect more from a product that cost double the price of the best out there.

Wonderful Keyboard
Comments: the hardware is perfect, nice looking and lots of functions. the only thing Logitech have to improve is their sofrware, I just hope they can add more functions into their software, I don't know why the software could dispaly only the first sentence of MSN message, and the software only support windows media player 9 and music jukebox. It cannot sync my REALONE playlist.

Excellent Keyboard/Mouse Combo
Comments: Just received my set a few days ago and I must say that I am extremely happy with it. There are some things that I would like to see improve but overall it is a great set. Battery life has been excellent (3 days and nothing has even lowered one meter yet). I am trying to get the mouse to drain so I can fully drain/charge it to set the batteries in it, but so far no luck. I would love to see someone (HELLO LOGITECH) come up with a way to program the display on the "mediapad". So far only outlook express and MSN messenger BLAH! But I think it is just a matter of time (I mean come on outlook express and not the full fledged outlook 2003?). Now if only I can get the wife away from it hehe.

Lagcity
Comments: It takes up to 10 seconds to initialize the keyboard and mouse after windows boots. Setup was a pain the the XXX, was not able to access bios because the keyboard was not initilized. Devices disconect from bluetooth network randomly. There is no numlock key so if some games require it your out of luck. But it looks so nice ;)
