Pros: None until we see how well the warranty is backed up.

Cons: This modem came out of the box with a long list of defects contrary to the hype for it. Very slow dial-up time or no connection at all with dial-up errors such as 31, 222, 678, 718, & O.E. "host Pop 3 not found". Web pages loading much slower than with old modem. Definately NOT what was promised.

Pros: If you have no choice but dial up [like me] GET THIS MODEM!!!

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: The modem on hold feature is sweet! GET ONE.
