Reference Level Performance
Pros: Excellent imaging, soundstage, detail, and musicality. They just sound stellar. They are also very comfortable for long listening sessions even while wearing glasses. Good enough that even Joe Average can immediately tell how different they sound from the cheap stuff. Replaceable cord which I've done once and was thankful that I could do easily.
Cons: A bit bulky. You might have to put up with comments of "Mickey Mouse". But then they don't know what they're missing. Long cord gets in the way once in awhile. Thankfully the cord will usually just pull out and you pop it back in and all is well.
Other Thoughts: I've had a pair for 10 years! Replaced the cord once (my fault), rotated the pads, but that's it. They've worked flawlessly. Oh, it will show significant improvement with a quality headphone amplifier because the source will now be *almost* as good as these units. Would only trade if they made these wireless.

Great Headphone!
Pros: I have used 2 different SENNHEISER headphones which was 495HD and 580HD. I can honestly say, it's the best one i have listened. Detailed sound and Clarity is the strength. Buy it today!
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: As always Newegg has the best customers service as always.

Wow
Pros: Good sound (I can only imagine what it sounds like with a dedicated amp), doesn't hurt to wear for long periods of time
Cons: Cable can get in the way sometimes, people with big heads or spiked hair (like me) might want to look at something else as mine broke because I stretched them out too far
Other Thoughts: Good sound and investment, make sure you don't have a big head :P

Nice Cans
Pros: I upgraded from a pair of HD515 headpones. I expected a difference in sound quality between the two and wasn't surprised. The HD600 present a much more realistic soundstage (i.e. you can pick out where the sounds are coming from on the stage and can hear the rustle of the instruments/musicians when listening) and have a very clear mid-range compared to the HD515s. I never was much of a classical music fan but these cans are so good at resolving sound that I find myself addicted to Wagner, Mozart, and many others. Try listening to some good classical music on these and you'll see what I mean.
Cons: Expensive, not the best thing to buy if you want to make your wife happy. *You need a dedicated headphone amp or receiver with a good headphone section that can drive the 300 Ohm impedence (most headphones are below 100 and a lot are around 32 Ohm), don't even try to run these directly off of your sound card or portable player...you'll be extremely disappointed.
Other Thoughts: I love these headphones but realize what you're getting into, you will need to spend money on a quality amp to get good sound out of these.

Wow
Comments: If you have the money, these headphones are excellent. I prefer their sound to the Grado Sr-125's that a friend has. Both are quality headphones however. They are comfortable, and sound amazing.
