To all customers
Pros: The UPS line interactives work great for power back up. Just like they are supposed to.
Cons: Line interactive UPS do nothing about power clean up due to your systems are still rely just plugged into the wall. Only a true double conversion UPS will protect and clean up power. About 90% of UPS do nothing but provide back up power not clean power.
Manufacturer Response:Thank you for taking the time to submit comments on our products – we greatly appreciate the feedback. As stated by the user, this unit does not “clean” the power that is distributed from the power company. Only products that have PureSine technology will produce the results that the user requires (which are usually high-end, sensitive rackmount electronics). That being said, I’m disappointed that you rated our product poorly, even though it functioned exactly as it should. CyberPower manufactures many excellent PureSine units that will give you results that you are looking for -- I hope we can help out on your next purchase. Thanks, CyberPower.

Nice Unit
Pros: Works just like it should. In my office we get lots of little surges, and fluctuations in power, I can hear the unit kick over to battery, then right back to AC. Just glad to know I am protected.
Cons: not really any, acouple times the software didn't shut down the computer when the power went out, but I was able to do so.
Other Thoughts: I like these units a whole lot better than most of the APC stuff. These have a much higher joule rating, and in the midwest, I have seen alot of problems due to lightning strikes. There are alot of other brands that just couldn't handle as much as these.

Pros: none
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: In response to the other review, it's a 350W UPS, it could be becauseyou used to much power, probably about 600W if you had a 450W psu and a 15" monitor hooked up.
As CEO of Cyberpower, I assure you this product works perfectly if used the way it is intended to be used.

Don't go there!
Pros: None,,,maybe a paperweight
Cons: Unit functions for about 1 day, then it dies and the power button does nothing. No "running on battery" warning. Nothing. Sent first unit back to CyberPower and they sent me out a new one. Second one does the same thing.
Other Thoughts: I didn't have the unit overloaded. One PC with a 450W power supply and a 15" lcd. As usual, NewEgg ROCKS!
Manufacturer Response:Thank you for taking the time to submit comments on our products – we greatly appreciate the feedback. Please note that this UPS is only rated for 340W. A small step up to our UP825 product would easily take care of your overloading issue. Thanks, CyberPower.
