Popped in the batteries and away we go. Cons: No lighted buttons Other Thoughts: Make sure your PS2 has an IR receiver. Cons: Take the receiver out of the controller port when not using the remote control because I've found that some games work work properly - Prince of Persia for instance. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Comments: Very nice looking remote and of course it's a SONY.Will come in handy when watching dvd's in my car or in the living room.The only thing wrong is that this remote doesn't come with the transmitter(pictured in ad),only comes with batteries.My Slim PS2 didn't need the transmitter to work but it's something to keep in mind.........saludos 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Worked great with the new PS2 slim model. I like this remote better than the competitor model. Worth the price...but for the low price why can't they just include this with the PS2?
