Perfect Quality, Cheap Price
- Pros: Easy to install, nice and slick looking black color, plenty of connectors, cheap price.
- Cons: Almost seems like there at TOO many connectors taking up air-flow space inside my PC. Doesn't bother me too much though; I never have to worry about whether or not I'll have enough connectors to hook something up.
- Other Thoughts: Intel P4 3.0 GHz, 1GB RAM, 1 CD/DVD Drive, 1 CD/DVD LightScribe Burner Drive, 1 Hard drive, 1 Floppydrive, Radeon X1600 512MB Graphics Card
Very good value for a hefty PSU
- Pros: Good components, outstanding price, low noise fan able to provide steady draw at near rated capacity (capacity is not overstated signficantly as in most "cheap" PSUs).
- Cons: Haven't found any.
- Other Thoughts: Used this to replace a $20 PSU i bought (someplace else) for my son's comp, figuring it only draws about 210w. The last one fried in less than a week (was rated 580 but cooked at 200 draw (it was an AP**er, no-name brand). This one does the job well and at a great price, Newegg to the rescue once more.
good value, works fine
- Pros: very affordable, provides good juice, pretty darn quiet, nice long wires, everything does what it's supposed to be in a no-nonsense package.
- Cons: very plain to look at (isn't even a factor for me, though).
- Other Thoughts: a no nonsense working man's psu. has what you need and provides good juice for a low price.
