5 out of 5 eggsWell Crafted

Pros: Very well made case..I had first purchased a micro Ant** case, but the powersupply arrived dead. Decided to go with this one and have no regrets. Beautiful finish, very solid inside and quiet. Big enough for a regular PCI slotted device, but requires CD/DVD drive to mount sideways. Great size.

Cons: None that wouldn't be with any case this small...(hard to work in tiny places with big hands)

Other Thoughts: Pay attention where you are going to install the hard drive-cause if you have a floppy drive, IT will go to the one 3.5 inch slot behind the pop-open door of the case making the other one the only place left for the Hard drive.

4 out of 5 eggsVery nice MicroATX case

Pros: Small footprint, best power supply in its class, very quiet, looks great.

Cons: A little difficult to work in, cable connectors for the front panel components are not bound together.

Other Thoughts: I found this to be a wonderful case. It takes up very little space, looks great, is very nearly silent and has a surprisingly effective power supply. This last item is important because all too often power supplies lack sufficient voltage on the 12 volt rail. My only real complaints are the cramped working conditions. I realize that this is a microATX case but the drive cage layout forces you to remove it entirely to get at the edge of the mobo that lies beneath it (at least for my large hands). However, my largest complaint was with the cables for the front panel components. The plugs that connect to the mobo were all separated by each wire. IOW, in order to connect the front two USB cables, you have to actually plug in 10 little connectors. All things considered, I truly liked this case. I have purchased several of them in recent weeks for building PCs for friends and family. Despite the niggling issues, this is the best microATX case I have yet encountered.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case and PSU

Pros: PSU is one of the best (if not the best) for micro ATX - 20A on +12V rail. Case is small, stylish, and quite. Rubber pieces for HD and fan mount to reduce vibration.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Almost went with Antec Minute II but I saw that my motherboard (Geforce6100/410) recommended at least 17A on +12V rail.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case, good PS, good price

Pros: I've built four systems with this case, all with different MBs. It has worked great for all of them. Wondered if 275W PS was good enough but it has been (I've installed Celerons though).

Cons: Be careful when installing a CD drive in the position behind the spring-loaded door. If you don't install it as far back into the case as possible, when you put the face on, it can snap off the hooks that the springs are attached to. Be careful!

2 out of 5 eggsAnnoying Huge Case

Pros: Its got a nice shine....

Cons: I have bought bad products before, but this is the first one that has driven me to write a review!

This case is much bigger than it needs to be, yet it still manages to feel cramped. The case has a terrible set up for the drives and hard drives which will require you to unscrew 3 screws for each cddrive and hard drive. These drive trays slide right over the a bunch of the biggest cords going to the motherboard and would push right up against my graphics card when using with cd drive slots. This case also has a small power supply which you think would add to more open spaces and easy use, but you would be wrong.

Other Thoughts: My last case was an antec aria cube case and that was much smaller with much less open space when all put together. This case was FAR easier for me to use than this case and I also had extra fans and lights hooked up which = more cords and connects to make. I was very upset when I realized how big the case was I ordered but I thought "at least this should be much easier to open up and swap things in and out of." I was so wrong, this case is huge, heavy, and hard to use. Do not buy this thing please!

4 out of 5 eggsSleek

Comments: I'll say it's a nice case. I wanted something with drive covers and this works out well. I have a dvd burner in the bay with the built in open button and a swappable hd in the lower bay. Expected a 20 pin power connector off othe PS, but an adapter fixed that. I'd probably buy it again. It is a little hard to keep clean.

Comments: I purchased this case because it was the only mATX case I could find that was aesthetically appealing to me while being fairly small and having 80mm fans instead of 60mm. Combined with the excellent power supply it comes with I thought I had picked a winner.

Most of my problems with the case have been fairly minor, but enough to where it has bothered me. First of all the manufacturers must not have intended this case to be used as a desktop, period. There are no rubber feet that come with this case, so unless you intend to scratch up the bottom of the case you'll need to purchase some if horizontally orienting the case.

I also tried removing the silly "Venus" sticker on the front panel and discovered two things: 1. the glue left behind is really hard to get off. I had to soak the part before I could even attempt to do so. 2. The case's front plastic bezel marks up quite easily. Wiping it normally with a cloth will put streak marks on it.

The blue power LED is way too bright. Some of us sleep with our computers on.

Finally while the PSU is great the fan isn't all that quiet, which, considering it has an 80mm fan (rather odd in itself for a PSU of this size) I found surprising. Seasonic makes a mATX PSU with a 60mm fan which is fairly quiet, I was hoping this would do better without modding.

Overall, the case really does look excellent and the inside is rather well designed, but I just hate having to worry about scratching it up all the time. I personally believe a case ought to be able to take a little abuse and still look like it was new, which is how it's been with every other case I've purchased up until this one.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Comments: At first I was a little worried about the psu only being 270w, but its actually holding up very stable. And the case is aesthetically pleasing with its nice black finish.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Mounted an ASrock motherboard with no problems. The design is very flexible with plenty of room to work with. All drives mounted with no problems and all hardware was included (screws etc. with plenty of spares). The 2 concealed compartments makes possible the use of those beige drives no one seems to want these days.

Fit and finish is excellent. The fans are quiet when under normal use. Enermax power supply is better than most in this size when you look closely at the current values for the 12V setting, a big plus in my opinion. I matched this case with the logitech X-530 speakers and logitech media keyboard (strongly recommended if only for the volume controls and its plug and play installation) and its a perfect match! Very slick so you better put a nice processor and motherboard. My name is Emmanuel Apodaca and I endorse this case.
